Upon booking, you will need to acquire your own event insurance and supply us with a Certificate of Insurance (aka COI). Companies such as TheEventHelper, Eventsured, etc. offer these services. Available 7-days a week | Open 24/7 Skye Rentals would like to welcome you to our stage available for rent in Burbank, CA. This VIP boutique studio is perfect for headshots, auditions, commercial shoots, production events, interviews, script readings, music videos, product and individual photography, parties and small events. The 1,000 sq. ft. stage is equipped with a grid system in the ceiling, a conference room with airplay for clients, a wardrobe room, hair and make-up room, bathroom with 2 stalls and a shower, 24-hour security access and VIP parking right outside the stage door. *If you need the floor freshly painted it will be an additional $150. Thank you!* STAGE DIMENSIONS Length = 36 feet Depth = 19 feet Height = 12 feet SPACE FEATURES -Cold Air Conditioning -Fast Wifi -Lots of power -Free parking -Loud speaker available upon request! -High tech conference room -2 stalled bathroom -Shower -Hair washing station PRODUCTION RENTAL EQUIPMENT We are also a production rental supply company! If you need to rent any supplies, we are conveniently located next door! PARKING There are 4 parking spots along the side of the stage that will be available to you (only where the building is grey in color). All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. There is plenty of available street parking. SOUND: A lot of commercials with sound, interviews and films are shot here. The space is NOT 100% soundproof, meaning that an occasional sound from outside may make it through, but those sounds tend to be for about a second or two and are few and far-between.
