This VIP boutique studio is perfect for headshots, auditions, commercial shoots, production events, interviews, script readings, music videos, product and individual photography, parties and small events. The 1,000 sq. ft. stage is equipped with a grid system in the ceiling, a conference room with airplay for clients, a wardrobe room, hair and make-up room, bathroom with 2 stalls and a shower, 24-hour security access and VIP parking right outside the stage door. *If you need the floor freshly painted it will be an additional $150. There is plenty of available street parking. SOUND: A lot of commercials with sound, interviews and films are shot here. The space is NOT 100% soundproof, meaning that an occasional sound from outside may make it through, but those sounds tend to be for about a second or two and are few and far-between.
