Wagon in the Desert

5 acres of land boasts a Gypsy Wagon (tiny house) and 5 campsites (each with their own fire pit). Behind our land is 650 acres of public land (Copper Mountain) which will feel like a private National Park for your shoot- hiking, off-roading, horse back riding, etc. Note: It is a 3-5 minute walk to the Copper Mountain scenery. Be prepared for no Wifi access as we are behind Copper Mountain. Private yet easy road access and plenty of parking. PARKING Private yet easy road access and plenty of parking. You can park on the right side of the gypsy wagon and behind. You cannot park at the other near by campsites. The wagon has a loft, kitchen living room and bathroom. She has AC, heater, water heater, & bluetooth speaker to play your tunes. The Tiny House is 8' wide x 24' long x 14' tall The wagon is included in the price, campsites on the other hand are booked throughout the year; if you would like the land to yourself without the campsites in use, we will look at the calendar availability. (additional $225 for the day) POWER: The wagon is a tiny house and is off the grid so although she has power that you and your production crew can use, if you are using power quicker than it's storing, the energy will run out. In that case, there is a generator, but it is noisy. We can provide a solar generator for an additional $200 (for the day) Additionally you can book the main house (at an additional $200 for the day). The home will have power for you to use. We are located 10 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park (by the 'Indian Cove' entrance) Joshua Tree provides unbelievable starry nights and epic sunsets. 13 miles/15 minutes from Joshua Tree's low-key main street. You'll find a saloon, live music, a coffee shop, yoga studio, restaurants, thrift stores, art galleries and more shops. Stater Bros, Home Depot, Walmart, Marshalls are another 5 minutes away in Yucca Valley and Pappy and Harriettes is another 5 minutes down the road in Pioneertown.
