DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PROPERTY WE CAN NOT ACCOMIDATE WEDDINGS. Open floor plan with high ceilings, polished concrete floors and an abundance of natural light and two large doors to block out light if needed. Two of the side doors open up to a private garden patio also available for a reception or break away space. Gated private parking depending on time is available for up to 45 cars. Including desks, sofas, dining tables, bookshelves etc. Large walls for video projection (screen and projectors available), space for set production, video/photo shoots. This is the second of two buildings on the campus. The space includes 4 large barn doors that open up into a 4,500 square foot warehouse space. Two brand new bathrooms and 2 breakout rooms are located on the side. The whole space is lit with Halogen lighting and on dimmers.
