Located only a few blocks from the Morgan Ave "L" subway stop, windows on three walls fill it with natural light, and there are views of the Newtown creek from all windows. Available for photo/video shoots, gallery openings, art installations, film screenings, PRIVATE events. Amazing sound system and lighting. PLEASE READ: CLEANING & SECURITY FEES APPLY TO ALL EVENTS OVER 40 PERSON. WE REQUIRE A SEPARATE CONTRACT WITH CAPACITY AGREEMENT ENCLOSED.
