The whole lot is approximately 7,000 sq ft and has 4 structures on the property. It is set on a corner lot so the front yard wraps around the house on 2 sides. There is also a redwood deck that wraps around the house that provides great opportunity for lighting setups into the interior, as well as providing amazing views of Orange County. **No Permits Required** We are located in an Unincorporated neighborhood of Orange County, therefore, no permits are required to be pulled from the City of Orange! In our experience, past productions have attempted permit application through the County of Orange but have been told they are only required for productions of 200+ people, or if roads will be blocked.
