This waterfront home has gorgeous water views and nightly sunsets. Great space for a meeting place of all types... social, corporate, baby showers, fundraisers, dinners, get togethers... . Great outdoor area for entertaining. ( no swimming please). Surrounded by tropical foliage. The home has a large open floor plan where you can see a waterfront view from almost every room. The back of the home opens up to a beautiful dramatic water view. The kitchen has beautiful granite and stainless steel appliances. There is outdoor seating. We do not allow overnight stays. NO parking or driving through the grass and neighbors lawns NO turning around in any neighbors driveways Sorry, no swimming No smoking indoors.
