The Space
This high end wedding and event space is litterally over the ocean, and has an outside deck, escalator and elevators. A large bar area, 15 foot all glass windows with a beach/water view. Built in audio system, and projectors with screens. Lighting options. A his and her bathroom and private rooms. A fire place, and full kitchen. Also, there's a wedding office that can be rented as well separately. There are also dividers in the room to make it a smaller venue.
