The Space

Our venue offers a unique service in addition to our venue. We often say we "wear three hats" here at our venue. We are the venue, the florist, and the decorator. We hold an extensive Q&A session with each bride to establish the bride's vision for her wedding and reception from beginning to end. From this detailed information we create a custom design plan for each wedding. This design plan includes plans for the floral used at the ceremony and reception as well as any and all decor or additional details the bride envisions. - Conservatory indoor space with lovely garden feel, magnificent stained glass windows, and antique furnishings. - Areas covering 11 country acres - Vintage English Pub - Dressing suites for Bride and attendants - 8 hours on day of ceremony for dressing, photography, ceremony, and reception - Up to 2 hours on day before ceremony for rehearsal - Wrought iron dome arbor with clear lighting - Choice of Register Table, Gift Table - White linens to floor for 60 inch round tables for up to 100 guests - 60 inch round tables for up to 100 guests - Seating for up to 100 guests - 100 linen napkins for tables - 100 glass plates - 100 stemware glasses - Flatware for 100 settings - Outside Catering Sources permitted and Kitchen / Work area provided - We will be responsible for the set up and take down of all décor, tables, and chairs for 100 people.

We provide all cleaning services included in the package as stated. As this is a wedding, the distancing between individuals will be up to them, and can be modified in accordance to any customer need. We accommodate and cater to clients of all types and needs.

This design plan includes plans for the floral used at the ceremony and reception as well as any and all decor or additional details the bride envisions. Non-wedding options are also available. Pricing on the Weekend is $900 per hour, not $750. Weekends are our busiest time, especially during cuffing season.
