Well-lit Lush Brooklyn Cafe w/ High Ceiling

Well-lit corner space, around 1200 Sq. Ft. in a diverse Brooklyn neighborhood. High ceilings, lots of natural light, plants everywhere that are able to be stored if you prefer. Half length and full length curtains can provide a few levels of privacy from the street. 2 longs tables that seat around 6-8 are up front, as well as 8 other 2-3 top tables, all of which can be moved downstairs at request. There are three stationary high tables near the bar that cannot be moved, but they seat 6-7 each using bar stools. There is a stationary banquette seat in the front which seats around 8 close together, but all other tables are able to be moved or stored upon request. Long marble bar that seats up to 12, with a pastry case, 8 draft taps, and espresso machine. In the back, a small kitchen, with additional prep kitchen downstairs. Small plates, hors d'oeurves, full dinners possible. Great space for private dinners, cocktail hours, holiday parties, birthday parties, baby showers, pop up shops, film and video shoots, open mics, book readings, small music performances, any sort of corporate event.
