Tom Waters and Natalia Lazarus are both Actors that Write, Produce and Direct. In addition, they run a Performing Arts Conservatory that includes a film school, acting school and screenwriting school. We have a beautiful new 100 seat theatre, a sound stage and various other rooms within our 6000 sq ft Conaservatory.

The Space

We have a distinct variety of spaces. A 100 seat theatre with stage and movie screen. A unique "Writer's Room" that doubles as a conference room. Several beautiful lobbies and lounges. Outdoor courtyard w/tables and chairs. Lecture Rooms a small Library and several Office spaces.

Out space is cleaned daily and complies with Covid protocols during pandemic times. Our restrooms are disinfected daily as are all smooth flat surfaces.
