West Village House of Oddities

This space is great for hosting an informal meeting, casual celebratory gatherings, photo shoots looking for an array of diverse back drops and settings in a single location or any creative event that needs the comfort, fun and inspiration of a home. Located in the heart of the West Village, everything the city has to offer is at your disposal. With room for 20 comfortably, you can't go wrong using this space. Rules: 1 - Must leave space as it was found. 2 - No smoking. 3 - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. 4 - All rentals include set up and clean up time. Storage may be available for multi day shoots at excess time fee. 5 - Trash should be taken out at the end of your booking, and taken with you. 6 - Nothing can be moved without permission from the host, and photos taken before moved and returned. 7 - Absolutely no shoes in house. 8 - All overtime fees are charged at 2x hourly rate
