Whimsical Mansion Under Hollywood Sign

We have several unique indoor and outdoor areas available. All spaces can be rented separately or in conjunction with other areas. 1) The Hollywood Deck. This outdoor patio overlooks the Hollywood sign and has 180 degree views of Beachwood Canyon. The deck features a hot tub, grill, and two chimineas. As a strand alone, this space is best suited for photo shoots, music videos, short film scenes, and small parties. 2) The forrest terrace. This outdoor space includes two large, wooden decks nestled amongst dozens of tall, shady trees. This deck is the main party space, and looks spectacular at night. This area also connects to the lower property, which features multiple winding pathways through wooded areas, and a hillside gazebo overlooking Hollywood, K-Town, and part of DTLA. This space is ideal for yoga retreats and medium sized parties as well. 3) The main house is a 1920's Spanish Villa style home with high ceilings, exposed beams, and a large fireplace. This interior location features large glass doors overlooking the terraces described above. Parties typically rent this space with one or both outdoor spaces.
