The Space

This beautiful, modern event space in the heart of Bed-Stuy is perfect for a wide range of activities, including workshops, pop-up shops, wellness classes, open-mic events, photography sessions, life celebrations, and creative productions. The spacious ground-floor room is bathed in natural light, with large windows that open to our private, furnished backyard—perfect for gatherings rain or shine! The venue also features a baby-changing table in the bathroom, making it family-friendly. Whether you're planning a creative event, wellness class, or production, our space is the perfect canvas for creating lasting memories. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: Bring your own alcohol Outside food is allowed No kitchen or cooking facilities on-site Bluetooth speakers and microphones available Music Rules: DJs and amplified music are welcome Space Rules: No smoking indoors (smoking is allowed in front of the venue) Ideal for: Wellness/Fitness Events (Yoga, Meditation, Dance, etc.), Dinner Events, Creative Gatherings, Productions, Reception Events (Engagement Parties, Anniversaries, etc.) For your convenience, the space includes 14 stools and Bluetooth speakers to make event setup easy. Use the white marble countertops for refreshments, décor, or event materials. IMPORTANT: Please include set-up and clean-up time in your booking. For example, if you need the space from 12 pm to 4 pm, please book from 11 am to 5 pm to allow for proper preparation. A 15-minute grace period is included, after which a 1.5x hourly overtime fee will apply. Whether you're hosting a yoga class, pop-up event, creative production, or any other gathering, our serene and versatile venue is ready to accommodate your needs. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Enhanced cleaning measures: - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. - Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. - Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
