The Space

This beautiful, modern wellness event space is perfect for your workshop, pop-up shop, yoga and pilates sessions, open-mic vibes, photography session, life celebration, and other projects. The ground floor room has plenty of natural light, and large windows and connects to our private, furnished backyard, covered for rain and shine! Even the bathroom has a baby changing table for the little ones. Our venue in the heart of Bed-Stuy will become your favorite canvas for the memories you will create. We want to make this rental as convenient and easy for you. Feel free to place refreshments, decor, gifts, or materials on the white, marble countertops. The rental also includes 14 stools and Bluetooth speakers for you to get a head start on your event planning. **IMPORTANT** Please include SET-UP and CLEAN-UP time in your booking. If you would like to use the space from, for example, 12 pm to 4 pm, please book from 11 am to 5 pm. We grant a 15-minute grace period after the booking. Once it's passed, 1.5x hourly rate overtime will be added to the final bill accordingly.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Enhanced cleaning measures: - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. - Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. - Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
