Williamsburg Photo Studio w/ Rooftop space

In order to comply with safety regulations to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, Land and Shore Studio will be following CDC guidelines upon reopening. We plan to follow official guidelines, as they are announced, concerning the maximum capacity of studio guests at any time and will be prepared to discuss the details prior to any bookings. In- studio protocol and safety guidelines: Please refrain from coming to the studio if you are experiencing fever or any symptoms of COVID-19 such as cough, shortness of breath, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell. Call your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you. All guests and employees are required to wear face masks, practice safe social distancing between individuals while in studio and follow proper preventative hygiene practices. If you do not have a mask you will be provided a disposable mask from a supply that we have on site. We suggest that all castings are discussed in advance to booking as large groups increase the risk of transmission and thus may not be approved. After entering the studio we ask all guests to use our hand sanitizing station located at the entrance. If you or someone from your team are experiencing any emergency warning signs for COVID-19 while in studio, please notify your producer and team, we will check your temperature with a non - contact thermometer; if you present a fever 100 or higher you will be advised to seek emergency medical care immediately. All messenger drop offs will be accepted by the studio manager who will then notify the client to retrieve the package. Additional tables and chairs are available and provided on request. All PPE items: masks, gloves, wipes, etc should be discarded into the dedicated waste bin available in the studio. To ensure our role is fulfilled in maintaining a safe environment, all studio staff will wear masks and practice preventative hygiene. We will sanitize working areas / studio premises, common area surfaces and touch points prior to the shoot All our in-house equipment is sanitized after each shoot and additional alcohol wipes can be provided on request during the shoot. While the studio can provide all necessary products to comply with CDC rules, we kindly ask you to bring your personal protective gear as supplies are limited.
