The property has a large outdoor fire pit, a pergola, lush gardens, amazing foliage, all which is overlooking a small lake with a guardian angel. This the perfect place to enjoy a fun weekend with family or gather with friends and colleagues for a memorable occasion. All of this at a private and beautiful location within a short 90 minute drive from Chicago. You will have access to the main house, coach house and the barn area. The barn is an airy, cheerful, light environment. Classic country farm style tables and chairs are accented with wine barrel tables and stools along with a long butcher block bar for serving food, hors d'oeuvres and beverages. The large overhead doors can be opened for further light or expansion for guests with a concrete pad for your gathering. All of this is surrounded by lush gardens. The main house is large with a kitchen, living room, porch, and 3 bedrooms. Two with queen beds and one with twin beds. There is a trundle bed with two twin beds in the office and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The coach house (a separate building) is one bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a queen sleeper. There is a small kitchen and dining area in the open style guest house. You have access to the main house, the coach house and the barn, along with the amazing property grounds!
