GORGEOUS OUTDOOR EVENT SPACE WITH EXCEPTIONAL GREENERY AND LIGHTING PERFECT FOR THE FOLLOWING: - EVENTS - small WEDDINGS - PARTIES - BIRTHDAYS - PRODUCTION - PHOTOSHOOTS - COMMERCIALS - PRODUCT RELEASES - FASHION SHOOTS - BUSINESS EVENTS - GAME NIGHTS - EXOTIC CAR SHOOTS - MODELING SHOOTS - CANNABIS PRODUCT RELEASES - YOUTUBE AND ID CONTENT The BILLIARD ROOM has a wooden interior, pool table, and a large smart TV. Our LOCATION MANAGER will be present to assist, answer any questions you might have, and help make your event the best one.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. Space has access to the outdoor air ventilation. Space has additional space outdoors.
