This space was designed from the ground up to allow full production, post-production and filming to occur all in one location for short term and long term projects. Spanning 15,500 SF, the industrial design, exposed piping and wood beam ceilings, polished concrete flooring, with skylights truly throughout really gives this space the cool factor. Whether you are looking for a full studio to film your project from start to finish, host an event, put on a killer art show or teach a class. Industrial and edgy, this Hayden Tract studio office space is chic and spacious with plenty of add-ons available. Located across the street from the critically acclaimed cafe, Destroyer, and close by many popular production studios. Additionally we can offer services like coffee, cold brew coffee, TV setup (for meetings), roll-in white boards, large post-it boards, apple TV, receptionist/greeter, catering, and much more!
