Within Moments of Hollywood Boulevard this Comfy and Quaint Studio is perfect for relaxing and Retreating after a long day. As Pictured the Space is Bright and Airy, there is Ample Natural light. This Room has a : *Cozy Living Space with a 50 inch Smart TV *Queen Size Bed * Desk/Work Station *Comfy LoveSeat Sofa- that is able to turn into a Sleeper bed if needed. *Mini Coffee Station * Fully Stocked Kitchen -With Dishes, pots, pans, for your stay. *The Bathroom includes Tub/Shower ** Please note - Because your stay shares walls with other residents of apartment building there is a potential for Noise *** PARKING DETAILS: PARKING IN THE AREA . Public transportation is Recommended . We are within minutes walking to a metro station and bus stops. The bus and metro systems are reliable. Uber and Lyft are commonly used as they are relatively inexpensive and easy to get. For running around the city, you can also rent a bike or scooter. If you decide to drive, you have two options: Option 1: Paid Public Parking Garage across the street from Apartment.(Allows for overnight Parking) Option 2: Free and Metered street parking(Free after 6pm). Please make sure you follow the posted signs. There is an alternate day for street cleaning. You can not park next to a yellow or red curb, next to a fire hydrant, or blocking other people's driveways. **Please Note- We care about the Safety of your Stay. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant.
