The Space

Zen Space is a stunning, 12,000 sf loft filled with daylight, props and amenities. Ceiling height of 12' to the exposed wood beams and 26' to the peak. Massive column-free shooting area. Separate, flexible rooms for clients, hair & make-up, etc. Space includes modern kitchen set, props, furniture, wardrobe racks, iron & ironing board, steamer, Italian espresso machine, hi-speed WiFi, stereo system, ping pong table, printer, scanner, folding tables & chairs, etc. There's even a 40,000 sf furniture & prop rental facility on site. Everything needed to make your shoot a stress-free production. Easy load in via private loading dock with motorized conveyor belt or optional freight elevator. Plenty of on-site parking and no permit needed. Easy-going owner familiar with the needs of production. Please note that our rates vary depending on the size and scale of each project. Discounted rates available for smaller, low-impact shoots. Please inquire. This space needs to be seen to be believed!

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Our clients' health & safety is our number one priority and we are prepared to take all necessary precautions to ensure that our studio is a safe working environment. We have been keeping abreast of the latest safety protocols and best practices for the production industry and we will be updating this page with new information as it becomes available. Since every production is unique we will collaborate with each client to devise an effective health & safety plan that suits the needs of each specific production. We have already implemented the following rules and precautions: • Every person entering the space will be required to wear a cloth mask that covers the nose & mouth at all times • For an extra layer of protection we urge all crew to wear both a mask & face shield •Social distancing with a minimum of 6' will be required at all times •Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer is recommended for all crew •We have installed a touch-free hand sanitizer station by our front entrance •Additional bottles of hand sanitizer have been placed in several areas throughout the studio •The hand towels in both bathrooms have been replaced with wall-mounted paper towel dispensers •Touch-less soap dispensers have been installed in both bathrooms • Closable toilet seat lids have been installed in both bathrooms •Frequently touched surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, counter tops, bathroom fixtures, etc. will be cleaned and sanitized with disinfectant wipes throughout the day •Windows & doors will be opened during warm weather and we have an industrial exhaust fan along with several large rotating fans to ensure proper ventilation •Signs promoting proper hygiene as per the CDC guidelines have been placed throughout the studio •We have completed and passed the Safe Sets Covid19 online certificate program •We ask that visitors bring their own PPE gear, but if needed we can provide 3-ply, medical-grade disposable cloth masks, latex gloves & disinfecting wipes •Prior to arrival please provide a list of all cast & crew with contact information as well as a list of all potential deliveries •Upon entry please use the hand sanitizer station located by the front entrance
