Welcome home! This 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath beauty sleeps 8 comfortably. WiFi home with lots of smart home features, ask Google anything. In need of a phone charger? That’s not a problem, let us take care of that for you. 15 minutes away from downtown Atlanta, Cumberland Mall and the airport. 10 seconds walking distance from MARTA bus transportation and 5 minutes away from MARTA bus station. Hungry? not a problem, 8 minutes away from Publix and of course Ubereats, Grubhub, Postmates and Doordash have a wonderful selection of restaurants available for delivery, just connect and use our google home to place your order. Feels like home is our brand reputation at Realty8 LLC and we LOVE our guest. This home was fully renovated and almost everything is BRAND new. You will fall in love with our beautiful hard wood floors and our CUSTOM black paper towel. Our home is nothing less than a extension of our home and yes we are members of the same community.

As entrepreneurs, we originally designed our home to host our own business retreats, but over time, friends kept begging to use it for their own team meetings and dinners. So we figured, why not let other groups enjoy it as well! The living room, dining room, conversation area, kitchen and sunroom are all open and allow for collective conversation as well as the ability to split into small groups. The dining table opens up to seat 12, but we've used folding tables on the end to allow for even larger groups. We also have a built in projector that is connected to our Apple TV and projects to a large blank wall. Guests are welcome to connect their computers directly to the projector (via a provided HDMI cable) or through the Apple TV or a Chromcast stick. Our outdoor dining area offers a dream kitchen with a griddle, an XL grill, a double burner and 2 warming drawers. We even have a Dutch oven station for the outdoorsy campers out there! Our outdoor table can seat 16 people when pushed together but can also divide into 2 tables accommodating 12 and 8 people. Up under a draping tree is our amazing fire pit. There are 8 dedicated adirondack chairs around it, but there is space for an additional 4 chairs. Do people leave immediately after your meetings? You will find that our home offers such a warm and inviting environment, that people will linger and talk far longer than anticipated. Even the quietest introvert in your group!

Ideally positioned in Westside Atlanta, this home is minutes from major attractions like - Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Centennial Park and the GA Aquarium, as well as amazing local restaurants and the Westside Beltline. Grove North is fully appointed, with two King beds, three Queen, and four smart TVs throughout. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a beautiful meal, and then you can decide to eat indoors or al fresco on the covered porch. The three large porches run the width of the house, providing even more spaces for gathering and relaxing. And multiple workspaces and fast wifi speeds ensure you'll be productive during your stay.

Soaring high ceilings with wood beams make it truly special with a spectacular chandelier. The venue also offers a lounge area which can we used separately or for turnover during a wedding. Our Speakeasy styled venue is off the beaten path. Your guests will be pleased to be let in on this secret Atlanta event venue. ​ Our first level features exposed brick and concrete, two reclaimed-wood bars, and a front patio. The main area is 1250 square ft. and is complete with a live audio system, a small stage, and lighting to create the perfect ambiance. The upstairs area is also 1250 square ft. with open seating, and a full kitchen. We are the perfect event venue for your holiday party, birthday party, sweet sixteen, private event, graduation party, team building events, corporate party, and more.

General Rules: SOUND: The studio is not soundproof! If you plan a live recording, please let us know ahead of time so that we can limit the number of on site staff members and advise neighboring units. TIME: Load in and load out times have been included in your overall booking. You may arrive at our studio at most 15 minutes before your start time, and you must EXIT before your end time to avoid any overtime fees. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule 30 minutes in between bookings in order to clean the space. EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking, however it would depend on our studio's booking schedule. Please inform a staff member of possible overtime at least 1 hour prior to your end time. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guest arrive during your booing than the number of approved attendees, you will be charged an additional $15 fee per person per hour. NO WEAPONS: Guests may not bring weapons, including firearms, explosives, and/or knives (even if they have a license to carry). Any guest in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately by a member of staff. Guest will also forfeit all monies. WHITE WALL MOUNT CLEANLINESS: We will provide show covers ("blue footies") for guest to wear when on the wall mount. Security The studio space is equipped with interior security cameras [located in all common areas], and exterior equipment [all both entry points] as an extra measure of security.

On the left of the green wall, you'll find a delightful blend of old and new styles, where traditional materials and finishes meet contemporary design elements. This section is ideal for content creators, video shoots, and photoshoots, offering a versatile background for your creative endeavors. Take a step into the next section and be transported back in time to a nostalgic retro parlor reminiscent of the 70s. The walls feature rich brown wood paneling, emanating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.. A classic retro telephone from the 40s sits on a side table, showcasing the timeless elegance of days gone by. This space is perfect for capturing retro-inspired videos and photoshoots that aim to capture the essence of a bygone era. Finally, we have "The Pink Flower Wall," an area that promises a fun-filled experience. Adorned with pink floral wallpaper, complemented by wooden furniture and vibrant flowers, this section exudes the vibrant vibes of the 70s and 80s. It offers a playful setting for capturing videos and photoshoots with a touch of retro flair. In our retro-themed studio space, you'll find an array of distinctive areas, each thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity and provide a backdrop that celebrates the charm of the past. Escape Key is conveniently located on Edgewood Avenue directly in the heart of Atl. Our main feature is an ‘8x’13 cyclorama. We also have backdrops available as per request. Great natural lighting as well as black out curtains if another aesthetic is needed. Building is secured with digital entry.
