This versatile event space is only 20 minutes away from Hartfield-Jackson International Airport, near Atlanta’s most sought out attractions, and close to a variety of restaurants meeting any palette or any budget. Nearby, there are several hotels and state of the are accommodations that can host your attendees visiting the ATL or your staycation. Feel free to bring additional lighting, AV, or mic equipment. Our North Atlanta-based studio, labeled "STUDIO B" in the floor plan, is the perfect location for your film, commercial, photography, and music video production needs. Our drive-in studio boasts a spacious green cyc, measuring 30' L x 25' W x 13' H, providing ample space for your production needs. Additionally, we have a grid that can hold lights, ensuring optimal lighting for your shoot. We understand the importance of having the right equipment for your production, that's why we offer camera and equipment packages available for rent, which include lighting and camera equipment, to ensure you have all the tools you need to make your project a success. Our studio is sound-dampened with K13 insulation, ensuring that any noise from the outside is kept to a minimum. We also offer 400 Amp 3-Phase Electrical Power, providing ample power for all your equipment. We understand the importance of comfort for the cast and crew. That's why we have a greenroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen space for food and beverages. We also have a conference room available for meetings or pre-production planning. Our facility also includes an insulated bay door for loading and vehicle access, ample parking in front and back, and a car detailing/special FX area with a drain and utility sink. We also offer high-speed internet access with Comcast Gig Speed Internet. Located just off I-285 near the Battery at Sun Trust Park, our facility is easily accessible and convenient for your production needs.

As entrepreneurs, we originally designed our home to host our own business retreats, but over time, friends kept begging to use it for their own team meetings and dinners. So we figured, why not let other groups enjoy it as well! The living room, dining room, conversation area, kitchen and sunroom are all open and allow for collective conversation as well as the ability to split into small groups. The dining table opens up to seat 12, but we've used folding tables on the end to allow for even larger groups. We also have a built in projector that is connected to our Apple TV and projects to a large blank wall. Guests are welcome to connect their computers directly to the projector (via a provided HDMI cable) or through the Apple TV or a Chromcast stick. Our outdoor dining area offers a dream kitchen with a griddle, an XL grill, a double burner and 2 warming drawers. We even have a Dutch oven station for the outdoorsy campers out there! Our outdoor table can seat 16 people when pushed together but can also divide into 2 tables accommodating 12 and 8 people. Up under a draping tree is our amazing fire pit. There are 8 dedicated adirondack chairs around it, but there is space for an additional 4 chairs. Do people leave immediately after your meetings? You will find that our home offers such a warm and inviting environment, that people will linger and talk far longer than anticipated. Even the quietest introvert in your group!

We are right in the heart of south downtown Atlanta, within walking distance of Five Points Marta station and the Underground – an area which is bustling with development for the arts. There is metered street parking as well as onsite parking on the side of the building. Great space to host intimate events, photography sessions and creative workshops. Fully equipped studio for production needs. There is a small waiting room for guests outside of the studio and a seating area inside of the studio. Guests have access to accessories that may aid their shoot - such as clamps, tape, extension cords, tripods, and a trigger for flash. We have large windows that bring in natural lighting, but guests have the option to add strobes and artificial/rgb lights to their rental. There are a number of seamless backdrops to choose from, as well as muslin and fabric backdrops.

My space is perfect for filming and creative workshops because it is in the heart of downtown Atlanta. There is food everywhere, a rooftop, and because of who I am, a great vibe.
