Our versatile, social space is the perfect canvas for your next small conference, workshop, or social event. This spacious industrial space is known for its high ceilings, exposed ductwork and beautiful acoustics. You can display its beauty as is or accentuate it with your style to create a memorable experience for your attendees. This versatile event space is only 20 minutes away from Hartfield-Jackson International Airport, near Atlanta’s most sought out attractions, and close to a variety of restaurants meeting any palette or any budget. Nearby, there are several hotels and state of the are accommodations that can host your attendees visiting the ATL or your staycation. Feel free to bring additional lighting, AV, or mic equipment. Also, there are no restrictions on providing small bites, hiring your favorite caterer, or providing your attendees with the perfect meal. This is gem is ready and waiting for you to book today. We can’t wait to host you! To allow enough time to clean our perfect event space, we schedule at least an hour buffer between consecutive bookings.

**All bookings must include setup and breakdown time.** *Our calendar is open up to 2-3 months in advance. Our weekends fill up quickly. If you have a date in mind you'd like to book, we'd recommend you book early. If you don't see times available on a particular date, that means the space is booked.* This unique 2-level event space is great for live music events, parties, television or film productions, photo shoots (backdrops and green screens available), video productions, podcasts, and more. There are three sections to this event space: 1) The front - which houses a bar and open space. 2) Upstairs with open space and stage. 3) Back Room/VIP Area - Open space with limited seating. Important Information: Our space is bookable 2 months in advance. That is reflected on our calendar. Dates further than 2 months away are blocked off on the calendar and will be updated as time passes. If your DJ does not bring their own speakers, you will need to utilize our sound system in order to play music. Our sound system fee ($150) must be added on to your booking if the use of our sound system is needed. If you need to use our sound system and your event incorporates live music or performances, you will need to purchase our sound package that includes a sound technician ($250 - 4 hours). Outside catering is allowed.
