Our state-of-the-art facility in North Atlanta is the premier destination for film, commercial, photography, and music video production. Our fully insulated sound stage, labeled "STUDIO A" in the floor plan photo, boasts a spacious 9,000 sq ft of production space, complete with a variety of industry-specific amenities to ensure your project is a success. Our sound stage features two corner white cycs, measuring 40' L x 25' W x 13' H, providing ample space for your production needs. Additionally, we have a grid for lighting, ensuring optimal lighting for your shoot. Our soundstage is soundproofed with K13 insulation, ensuring that any noise from the outside is kept to a minimum. We have a silent HVAC system to keep the temperature and ventilation optimal for your production. We also offer 400 Amp 3-Phase Electrical Power, providing ample power for all your equipment. We understand the importance of comfort for cast and crew; that's why we have a greenroom included, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen space for food and beverages. We also have a conference room available for meetings or pre-production planning. Our facility also includes an insulated bay door for loading and vehicle access, ample parking in front and back, and a car detailing/special FX area with a drain and utility sink. We also offer high-speed internet access with Comcast Gig Speed Internet and camera and equipment packages available for rent. Our facility is easily accessible and convenient for your production needs.

The event hall with its unique projection on the walls capability is one of its kind in Georgia. Located in fun hip part of town in west midtown Atlanta. Soaring high ceilings with wood beams make it truly special with a spectacular chandelier. The venue also offers a lounge area which can we used separately or for turnover during a wedding. **All bookings must include setup and breakdown time.** *Our calendar is open up to 2-3 months in advance. Our weekends fill up quickly. If you have a date in mind you'd like to book, we'd recommend you book early. If you don't see times available on a particular date, that means the space is booked.* This unique 2-level event space is great for live music events, parties, television or film productions, photo shoots (backdrops and green screens available), video productions, podcasts, and more. There are three sections to this event space: 1) The front - which houses a bar and open space. 2) Upstairs with open space and stage. 3) Back Room/VIP Area - Open space with limited seating. Important Information: Our space is bookable 2 months in advance. That is reflected on our calendar. Dates further than 2 months away are blocked off on the calendar and will be updated as time passes. If your DJ does not bring their own speakers, you will need to utilize our sound system in order to play music. Our sound system fee ($150) must be added on to your booking if the use of our sound system is needed. If you need to use our sound system and your event incorporates live music or performances, you will need to purchase our sound package that includes a sound technician ($250 - 4 hours). Outside catering is allowed.

The 18x12ft wall mounted, wooden based, white floor roll out is the perfect space for product, lifestyle, commercial and corporate content. If there is smoking the client will be charged $1000 smoking fine! +No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of an illegal substance! +The studio has limited rights to use of photos, film, and other media from each session or shoot for the intention of promotional content when granted in booking by client. +NO SMALL CHILDREN allowed in space. +Production insurance is not required for small projects +Production insurance IS REQUIRED for large projects +DAMAGES: You will be required to pay for any damages to the space/items. +Wall decor cannot be removed +We are not responsible for any injuries obtained during the duration of your rental so please be careful. General Rules: SOUND: The studio is not soundproof! If you plan a live recording, please let us know ahead of time so that we can limit the number of on site staff members and advise neighboring units. TIME: Load in and load out times have been included in your overall booking. You may arrive at our studio at most 15 minutes before your start time, and you must EXIT before your end time to avoid any overtime fees. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule 30 minutes in between bookings in order to clean the space. EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking, however it would depend on our studio's booking schedule. Please inform a staff member of possible overtime at least 1 hour prior to your end time. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guest arrive during your booing than the number of approved attendees, you will be charged an additional $15 fee per person per hour. NO WEAPONS: Guests may not bring weapons, including firearms, explosives, and/or knives (even if they have a license to carry). Any guest in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately by a member of staff. Guest will also forfeit all monies. WHITE WALL MOUNT CLEANLINESS: We will provide show covers ("blue footies") for guest to wear when on the wall mount. Security The studio space is equipped with interior security cameras [located in all common areas], and exterior equipment [all both entry points] as an extra measure of security.
