Guests will have access to our backyard and private patio. Production equipment is not provided, but street-level access makes loading in and out very easy. About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

This is an eccentric and aesthetically rich artists loft and a bit of Williamsburg history. Established in 1989, Our open plan loft boasts a sunny southern wall of windows beneath 12ft ceilings where a vast, carefully curated collection of oddities both diverse & prodigious begs the eye to wander. From the walls of antique tools & implements, to hand-crafted vintage furniture, decorative and fine art objects, and taxidermy, it's a collection of collections and an experience not to be missed. Natural light shines on a garden platform with a wicker sofa, wood statuary and a jungle of plants.  The spacious living room area features a long red velvet couch under our iconic tool display, a throne, a fainting couch as well as a large low coffee table. The back section of the loft has a wall of mirrors, a glass cabinet wall showcasing shelves full of oddities, a collection of antique cash registers and candelabras, and a ceiling & wall of beautiful reclaimed tin. The lavatory features a river stone floor, an antique claw foot tub with copper shower enclosure as well as an apothecary collection from the the early nineteen hundreds. In the Conservatory, which is just off the main room through tall double doors, a working 1913 Chickering stand-up piano sits beneath a gallery of historic and contemporary works of art including a collection of nineteenth century family portraits watching over our library of select books. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a wall display of vintage kitchen implements, a refrigerator collaged with 1940s envelopes, and several glass cabinets of various eras.

Our facility is 2,000 sq ft w/ 15 foot ceilings, designed not only record an orchestra, but also as a creative space to host photo shoots, film screenings, intimate live performances, or VIP listening parties. We are a classic, large-format big room, analog and digital recording studio nestled in South Williamsburg. This hand-built space features Protools HD 32 I/O, 2 inch Studer A827 24 track analog tape machine, a fully restored Harrison 4032c 40-channel analog recording console (same series the Thriller album was recorded on), a baby grand Yamaha piano, an impressive mic collection, and more. Please note while our usual people cap is much higher, we have temporarily capped count at 10 -15 people as per our new COVID-19 protocols to ensure proper social distancing. We have many other measures in place to continue hosting safe productions at our space, including new cleaning / sanitization protocols, placement of HEPA air filters, private testing options with fast turnarounds, etc. Note, use of our control room is now only permitted for special circumstances and for an additional fee. We are also a fantastic space for off-site meetings.
