Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. - Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $240/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $390/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $300 Cleaning Fee - 1x $300 Custodian Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 10 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. You cannot book this location for a few hours. Do not message to ask. Our space is a unique location. It's a theatre as well as a gym in one. This colosseum feeling large space has an untouched vintage personality. The space is suitable for both small as well as large scale productions. If you're mood board is looking for anything close to vintage, this location will fulfill your visual needs. The location is full of props and sets the decor for a warm ambiance with that unique New York feel. The location can be used for photo and film productions of different sizes. This location, serving as a photo and film studio is located in Brooklyn. This multi-unit location offers a variety of different spaces, all with a unique, vintage and raw feel that is hard to find in New York. Combined with the amount of natural light and the vintage decor, Greenpoint Playhouse will help you realize your creative vision for your project. The natural light, warm, and vibrant colors entering through the windows of this location perfectly balance each other out. We manage several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes as the location is spacious and expansive. A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. This 2,000 square foot townhouse in Greenpoint is the perfect space for photo shoots, filmed interviews, and digital content creation. Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and a fully furnished living and dining area. High ceilings, vintage furniture, fireplaces, and plants throughout the townhouse will give you a variety of aesthetics and looks whether on-camera or off. Guests will have access to our backyard and private patio. Production equipment is not provided, but street-level access makes loading in and out very easy. Guests will have full access to the kitchen during their rental period. We are a short 10-minute walk from the Bedford L train and a 5-minute walk from the Greenpoint Ave/Manhattan Ave G train.

Established in 1989, Our open plan loft boasts a sunny southern wall of windows beneath 12ft ceilings where a vast, carefully curated collection of oddities both diverse & prodigious begs the eye to wander. From the walls of antique tools & implements, to hand-crafted vintage furniture, decorative and fine art objects, and taxidermy, it's a collection of collections and an experience not to be missed. Natural light shines on a garden platform with a wicker sofa, wood statuary and a jungle of plants.  The spacious living room area features a long red velvet couch under our iconic tool display, a throne, a fainting couch as well as a large low coffee table. The back section of the loft has a wall of mirrors, a glass cabinet wall showcasing shelves full of oddities, a collection of antique cash registers and candelabras, and a ceiling & wall of beautiful reclaimed tin. The lavatory features a river stone floor, an antique claw foot tub with copper shower enclosure as well as an apothecary collection from the the early nineteen hundreds. In the Conservatory, which is just off the main room through tall double doors, a working 1913 Chickering stand-up piano sits beneath a gallery of historic and contemporary works of art including a collection of nineteenth century family portraits watching over our library of select books. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a wall display of vintage kitchen implements, a refrigerator collaged with 1940s envelopes, and several glass cabinets of various eras.

Our facility is 2,000 sq ft w/ 15 foot ceilings, designed not only record an orchestra, but also as a creative space to host photo shoots, film screenings, intimate live performances, or VIP listening parties. We are a classic, large-format big room, analog and digital recording studio nestled in South Williamsburg. This hand-built space features Protools HD 32 I/O, 2 inch Studer A827 24 track analog tape machine, a fully restored Harrison 4032c 40-channel analog recording console (same series the Thriller album was recorded on), a baby grand Yamaha piano, an impressive mic collection, and more. Please note while our usual people cap is much higher, we have temporarily capped count at 10 -15 people as per our new COVID-19 protocols to ensure proper social distancing. We have many other measures in place to continue hosting safe productions at our space, including new cleaning / sanitization protocols, placement of HEPA air filters, private testing options with fast turnarounds, etc. Note, use of our control room is now only permitted for special circumstances and for an additional fee. We are also a fantastic space for off-site meetings. Amenities include: - Large 65" 4k mobile screen for screen sharing & presentations - 8-10 person conference table (larger tables avail for additional rental fee) - Large magnetic dry-erase board - Catering options w/ amazing local restaurants - Check out our new photos

About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.
