We offer a full service pre-lit (bi-color) green screen sound proof studio. Studio has a 3 wall cove cyc, lighting grid, wrap-around black curtains and pre-hung 12' white seamless paper roll. Dimensions are 20' w x 34' l x 15' h with double wall construction for sound proofing. Rental includes pre-lit rear wall green screen, key, fill and back light (all bi-color), staging/production area, private dressing room, kitchen, 2 makeup stations and bathroom, 6 parking spots, 1 ton grip package. Additional equipment can be rented or you can bring your own. Our studio is located in extremely film friendly Burbank, close to the 5 freeway. It is ideal for film-makers, content creators, photographers, production companies and ad agencies. The studio is available for rental 24/7 and is ideal for filming interviews, TV commercials, music videos, promos, and web content. Although the stage is generally green screen it can be converted to any color background production needs (terms and conditions apply). Can also be used as an audition space. What are the power capabilities of the space? - We have 110 amps distributed over 14 standard house outlets which can also be patched to the lighting grid. 6. Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? - Yes. 7. What are the parking and load-in/load-out options? - 6 parking spots. Room for grip truck and honey wagon. Large elephant door can be opened for load in load out. Free street parking. 8. How many bathrooms does your space have? - One. 9. Printing and Wifi? - Wifi provided and we have a printer on site. 11. Large Burbank Pool and Backyard. We are renting out primarily the backyard and pool. We have a large lap pool that is 36 feet long and 9 feet deep. Solar heated to 85 degrees. Swim, grill, and relax in the total privacy of the lush back yard, covered terrace, and passion fruit vines and apple tree. We have five chickens also in the backyard. The front yard has large garden beds, fruit trees (apples, figs, passion fruit vine, vegetable bed), and the separate garage has been renovated as a living room space. If you rent the pool area, you may use the bathroom in the backhouse. There is parking for two cars in the private driveway. The entire lot is over 6,000 square feet. However, if the rental is more than 20 hours, then we can also rent out our home. This light and bright home has a great layout and has been completely remodeled with bamboo floors and recessed lighting. The living room has a wood burning / gas fireplace and opens up to the recently remodeled kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and cooking equipment.

We also offer a high-quality microphone system to host any of your events, presentations, or performances. We're also excited to provide SMART TV's to enhance all of your events with custom videos. You can also choose to advertise and display your brand logo for your photo shoots and video recordings. Our studio also has a unique stage with excellent lighting for your next virtual streaming performance. We also have TV's in the background so you have the option to display any visuals (logo, lighting effects, etc.) during your event. The ceilings are just under 11 feet - a little higher than the average ceiling height. The studio has central A/C and Heat. We also provide an onsite bathroom. Our studio has 2 large patios, one in the front of the building and the other patio is located at the back of the building. There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the building. There are 4 reserved parking spaces in the back of the building that leads to an entrance from the back. Additional street parking on W Old Empire Avenue and Wilson Avenue.
