This is a nonprofit organization that focuses on after school educational and recreational programs for members ages 6-18. Hundreds of kids come through our days each weekday and we look to maintain a positive, safe environment. We are looking to rent out our space during the late evenings and weekends for some extra fundraising.

Which types of productions is the space set up for (photo, film, sound, etc.)? - This studio is set up for green screen, black curtain and white seamless video/film shoots. The studio is completely sound proofed with double wall construction. Can be used for photo shoots as well. 4. Are all areas of the space accessible for production purposes (including the exterior)? - Only interiors of the space. 5. What are the power capabilities of the space? - We have 110 amps distributed over 14 standard house outlets which can also be patched to the lighting grid. 6. Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? - Yes. 7. What are the parking and load-in/load-out options? - 6 parking spots. Room for grip truck and honey wagon. Large elephant door can be opened for load in load out. Free street parking. 8. How many bathrooms does your space have? - One. 9. Which additional areas will guests have access to, if any? - Studio, staging/production area, makeup station, kitchen, bathroom. 10. Printing and Wifi? - Wifi provided and we have a printer on site. 11. What other equipment do you have available (not included in rental)? - 3 tons of grip equipment, 25 lights, camera packages, sound packages, teleprompters, dollies, sliders. Queen size bedroom/office with shower, hallway, and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. 2nd bathroom for film and crew. Note: The living room can be turned into a stunning master bedroom. We're very comfortable with film, television, video, and commercial shoots. We've designed the house to make it easy for you to shoot here. Furniture and artwork can be moved. We have two styles of living room furniture available. We have an actor holding area for you to use. You may borrow our film shoot floor mats, tables, and folding chairs. Lots of places to hang wardrobe. We have power on the outside of the house so you can easily light from inside and outside. Surfaces to the windows are flat ground-perfect to place light stands. We offer a free meeting or rehearsal in the space the week of your shoot. We want your shoot to go as smoothly as possible. All hardwood floors. We provide work floor mats free of charge. No overnight shoots. Wrap by 10:30pm and be off the premise by 11pm.

Large Burbank Pool and Backyard. We are renting out primarily the backyard and pool. We have a large lap pool that is 36 feet long and 9 feet deep. Solar heated to 85 degrees. Swim, grill, and relax in the total privacy of the lush back yard, covered terrace, and passion fruit vines and apple tree. We have five chickens also in the backyard. The front yard has large garden beds, fruit trees (apples, figs, passion fruit vine, vegetable bed), and the separate garage has been renovated as a living room space. If you rent the pool area, you may use the bathroom in the backhouse. There is parking for two cars in the private driveway. The entire lot is over 6,000 square feet. However, if the rental is more than 20 hours, then we can also rent out our home. This light and bright home has a great layout and has been completely remodeled with bamboo floors and recessed lighting. The living room has a wood burning / gas fireplace and opens up to the recently remodeled kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and cooking equipment.

The studio has amazing lighting features with dimming options as well as LED lighting options. Our studio provides an elegant touch to all of your events, photos and video recordings. The studio also has an awesome surround speaker system with 4 four built-in ceiling speakers along with floor speakers to enhance sound quality. Connect with Bluetooth or with our mixer. We also offer a high-quality microphone system to host any of your events, presentations, or performances. We're also excited to provide SMART TV's to enhance all of your events with custom videos. You can also choose to advertise and display your brand logo for your photo shoots and video recordings. Our studio also has a unique stage with excellent lighting for your next virtual streaming performance. We also have TV's in the background so you have the option to display any visuals (logo, lighting effects, etc.) during your event. (Connect with HDMi or USB flash drive) The studio also has new mirrors (6 x 8 Feet) stretching 32 feet across on one side of the building. The ceilings are just under 11 feet - a little higher than the average ceiling height. The studio has central A/C and Heat. We also provide an onsite bathroom. Our studio has 2 large patios, one in the front of the building and the other patio is located at the back of the building. There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the building. There are 4 reserved parking spaces in the back of the building that leads to an entrance from the back. Additional street parking on W Old Empire Avenue and Wilson Avenue. Great Burbank Location and conveniently located off the 5 Freeway and walking distance to the Burbank Empire Center which is home to many retail shops such as Walmart Supercenter, Target, Marshalls, T.J.
