This unique and transformative venue is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. The East side boasts a spacious 2,000 sq ft that can be used to capture your latest creative production. Where traditional meets modern; Le Loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space. The East Side features 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open layout, with lots of natural light. The space is light, bright, and modern; with a removable pink wall-canvas to allow for more flexibility for clients who want a clean, white backdrop for their event or shoot. OVERTIME All booking start and end times include setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. All items brought into the space must be removed by the end your reservation. Overtime will be charged in 30 minute increments at a rate of 1.5 times our hourly rate. CLEANING The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, however, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. We appreciate guest tidying up after themselves. Additional $150+ CLEANING FEE will be charged for use of GLITTER or CONFETTI in the space, if cleaners find a presence of biohazard risk messes (example: vomit), or destruction of property. DAMAGES Please respect the space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. Security system is in use on premise at all times. SMOKING There is no smoking allowed in the space.

This is not your standard rental space. Originally built for a cobbler in the 1900’s,until it transitioned into a zinc foundry for the last 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot! We underwent a major renovation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern open concept photo-studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe. Our event space is perfect for any gathering. We offer several different layout options within our space depending on the event. With our full basketball court, the space can remain open for activities, or we can have tables, couch, and chairs for seating. The space has a container bar that includes seating for 8, along with a second level over the bar that overlooks the entire space. We have a 150" LED wall which can be split any which way to watch games or project accordingly. Lighting and be dimmed and intimate or bright. The golf simulator is the highest grade out there and offers all of the top courses in the country. This is a great space for birthday parties, wedding receptions, photoshoots, pop-ups or any corporate gathering.

The Corner Meeting Room is a fun space with fantastic views of the city and Chicago River. It's an ideal space for a team meeting, brainstorming session, offsite meeting or client presentation. Space offers privacy with an open feel. The meeting room has 2 walls of windows. It is near to our onsite kitchenette, so you have easy access to grab a coffee or water.

A yoga, meditation, and nap space in the Chicago Loop that operates during work hours. This means that we have a lot of open space that we love to fill! The space is great for fitness, dance, yoga, or meditation groups; however, it also has space to host other experiences. If you can dream it, we would love to help you make it happen!
