Our bright and comfortable Lincoln Park space is available to hire for groups of up to 50. Feel free to bring in your own food, hire the caterer of your choice or cook in our full kitchen. Furniture and tables can move around depending on your needs and we have additional folding tables and chairs not pictured. Our large central space with high ceilings has plenty of different areas for your guests to make themselves at home. We welcome children and can provide toys, a gate for the stairs, a limited number of high chairs, bottle warmers and a pack and play upon request. We are also next door to a kids playground!! We also offer kids party and activity decoration packages. Rates for weekdays may be lower depending on event. Please message for custom quote. Parking: There is no permit parking on our section of the street. We also recommend the meter parking on Halsted and also sporthero.com has some great options for lots close to our studio. Transport: We are in between Fullerton and Diversey stations (10 min walk to each). This 2200 sq foot roof deck would be great for barbecues, parties, acoustic performances, en plein air productions, or fundraisers. We have hosted birthday parties, baby & wedding showers, networking events, speaker panels, product launches, art exhibitions, and popups. This is a great space for any professional event or small celebration. Please, no bachelor/bachelorette parties. COVID CAPACITY: 30 guests Equipped with: - gig-speed WIFI - Sonos speakers - bar (dry) - gas grill - outdoor furniture - hammock - cooler - beverage tub - corn hole game Live bands are allowed, but cannot be amplified and cannot perform later than 9p on weeknights and 10p on weekends. You will need to provide your own ice, cups/napkins/flatware, food, drinks. The main staircase is a spiral staircase. There is an alternative stair case for equipment to be brought up. The deck is not ADA compliant. We have an indoor space you can move into in the event of inclement weather. _______________________________________________________________ No smoking, or pets. You cannot charge admission at the door. You may bring in food and alcohol, but you cannot charge for it. COVID RULES: - All guests must wear a mask when they enter the space and until they get to the deck. Once you are in place, you can remove your masks at your own risk. - Any vendors you hire to work your event (caterer, bartender, etc) must wear a mask at all times they are serving. They need to provide their own sanitizer and follow sanitation guidelines. - If your guests need to come inside to go to the bathroom or to leave the event, please ask that they put their masks back on. There is a hand sanitizer at the entrance to the deck and on the bar. Please wash your hands often and do your best to maintain 6 feet of distance from others. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Please bag up all garbage and confirm that the bags are not wet. Please leave them by the backdoor on the first floor. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in when you leave. Please factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. If your event goes longer than 15 minutes past the end time we will add 30 minutes of overtime at the rate of $200/half hour, booked in 30 minute increments. The front door will be unlocked for the first hour of the event. If any guests arrive more than 60 minutes into the event, please advise guests to call/text you. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors - Please inquire for details about staffing - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request - Trash should be placed in the bins and at the end of the event place tied bags of garbage by the backdoor on the first floor. - Do not leave the space until you have checked out with a staff member. - If you go into overtime at the event, it will be billed $200/half hour
