Our unique, Marie Antoinette inspired studio is approximately 550sqf with 14foot ceilings and a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that provide incredible natural light. For the last decade the space was operating as an art & photography studio for an amazing artist and a good friend of ours, Rosemary Warner, and we would love to see it continue to be utilized as a space where creativity comes alive, as we support her in moving closer to her family after her husband's premature death a couple of years ago. Our goal is to be able to preserve this beautiful corner building so it doesn't end up being knocked down and turned into another multi-unit residential building. One side of the Studio is designed with antique furniture and decor, in the spirit of the 17th century/ Baroque period, which gives a royal and luxurious feel. On the other side, there is a large clear white wall, for any clean photography/videography needs. There is also a designated area for getting ready, including a desk and a mirror with professional lighting for makeup, clothing racks and 2 double plug outlets for any hair styling tools. Other than renting out the space itself, we provide makeup services, photography services and wardrobe/styling services (costumes or designer wardrobe rentals).
