This room is the front room of a two room unit. It's 19' x 13', has a conference table that seats 6, a stand up desk that has room for 1-2, and two lounge chairs. The ceiling is about 12' high...there is a kitchenette with an oven, stove, and refrigerator, and also a shower and bathroom. Free coffee/tea.
Perfect event space for film screenings, company parties, team building, and workshop events. Our projector makes it easy to screen your film, give a presentation, or share a slide show. Our furniture is easily moveable to create a casual evening or a functional setting. Our patio doors and big windows let in natural light. The private patio is free to use and strung with lights to create a casual mood. We have a grill available for a small fee. Our kitchen is at your disposal. Enjoy filtered water, fresh coffee and keep your drinks cool with access to our refrigerator. If you and your guests feel up for it, you can end the night with karaoke provided by our projector and sound system! Enjoy your night in our unique space.
This is not your standard rental space. Originally built for a cobbler in the 1900’s,until it transitioned into a zinc foundry for the last 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot! We underwent a major renovation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern open concept photo-studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe. We’ve been delighted to host a variety of amazing projects and events. This creative, urban space is just waiting for your next shoot, production, pop-up, dinner party or that "amazing" event you are looking to throw!
Our East Side Loft is located on the boundary line of Logan Square and Bucktown, just a stone’s throw away from the apex of Wicker Park. This unique and transformative venue is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. The East side boasts a spacious 2,000 sq ft that can be used to capture your latest creative production.
Where traditional meets modern; Le Loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space.
The East Side features 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open layout, with lots of natural light. The space is light, bright, and modern; with a removable pink wall-canvas to allow for more flexibility for clients who want a clean, white backdrop for their event or shoot.

For added convenience, if the space is not booked, equipment and other photo & video production shoot related items may be dropped off the day prior to the scheduled shoot day. However, please note that we are not to be held liable/responsible for any damages/theft/other of any items left overnight.
Guest must remove any equipment or rentals that yourself or your company brings in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
All furniture is able to be arranged to your preference.

NOISE
All music/noise must be kept to a respectable level. There is zero tolerance for noise complaints, and all music must be kept at a reasonable level by 10PM, adhering to Chicago noise laws.
OVERTIME
All booking start and end times include setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. All items brought into the space must be removed by the end your reservation. Overtime will be charged in 30 minute increments at a rate of 1.5 times our hourly rate.
CLEANING
The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, however, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. We appreciate guest tidying up after themselves. Additional $150+ CLEANING FEE will be charged for use of GLITTER or CONFETTI in the space, if cleaners find a presence of biohazard risk messes (example: vomit), or destruction of property.
DAMAGES
Please respect the space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. Security system is in use on premise at all times.
SMOKING
There is no smoking allowed in the space.
2300 square foot open space with storefront windows, exposed brick, spiral staircase, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Great for any occasion party (wedding, shower, anniversary, birthday), photo shoot, staging, pop up store, or art exhibition, music event or performance. Plenty of outlets, access to wifi, secure location. Brand new kitchenette and bathroom which is ADA accessible. There is one large white wall that is on casters which can be moved to divide the space or create a backdrop or display. Included in the rental: 50 folding chairs and 5 8ft tables that each seat 8-10 people.
A Fender PA system as well as microphones and cables are available for an additional fee.
Red velvet rope stanchions are also available to add some fanfare to your event! The exposed spiral staircase allows for great group photos to be taken from above.
The building is on a charming street in the Heart of Italy - steps from famous Italian restaurants that provide catering if desired.
Premier art gallery perfect for artist pop up exhibitions, public speaking engagements, and networking events. Located off of Michigan Avenue, the gallery is one room that is roughly 1,100 square feet. The entrance is all glass, making private events difficult. However, semi-private events are definitely doable.
Space is equipped art gallery lighting that can shift towards any direction.

You've found the perfect meeting space! Our bright, modern, boutique workspace is one of the most popular hourly room rentals among our guests and we think you'll agree once you lay your eyes on this room! The space is ideal for a brainstorming session with an intimate group, business meetings, small classes, among many other events for up to 8 people.
Enjoy floor to ceiling windows in this space with the abundance of natural light pouring in, a natively-installed whiteboard on the wall for your use, as well as access to Wi-Fi and extensions cords as much as you need. A large, cork table provides no shortage of space for up to 8 people to not only sit comfortably but work with laptops all in front of them if need be, without feeling like you're cramming yourself into a closet! Please also feel free to enjoy our soundproof phone booths just outside the office, where you can pop in to take a call in complete privacy any time you'd like.
Our venue has large screen monitor or projector to rent for $20/hour for this room and we offer unlimited access to our newly remodeled kitchen space for just $9/person per day -- please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns!
