The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Huge space (over 2,500 square feet) with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the east village. I bought the house in 1996 and completely renovated it in 2003. It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides so it's truly an oasis in the city. The house is spectacular - striking modern, industrial design, and high ceilings and skylight inside; outside a HUGE patio GARDEN that's 720 sq. ft (accessible through the kitchen) with a pergola which is illuminated with fairy lights at night. The living room has a dining room table which seats 8-10 that can also be used as a work space. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and bar seating for 5 as well as banquette seating for an additional 5. There is a BBQ in the garden and an outside table that seats 6 with an extra 8 chairs. Additional table and chairs can be loaned. There is also a brand new FIRE PIT table! The house has many different areas so perfect for breaking out in teams/groups. House has Wifi, central air and a fireplace as well as speakers throughout including in the backyard. You can play music through your phone using the Bluetooth. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 additional bathrooms that can be rented out for an extra fee. Local street parking is usually easy to find. The space is perfect for off-site work related events such as brainstorming groups or meetings, as well as baby showers, bridal showers, cocktail parties, pop up dinners or wine tastings and photo and film shoots. Set-up and break-down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape. Early arrivals will be accommodated within a 15 minute window without an additional charge. Late departures will be charged after a 15 minute grace period from the official booking stop. THIS SPACE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR LOUD, ROWDY PARTIES OR LOTS OF DANCING. Note: I'm currently not allowing guests to bring their own sound system/DJ; however the sound system for the house is excellent and it syncs so you can hear the music in the garden as well.

High ceilings and exposed brick make this space bright and attractive. Soho is a great get away for your event/meeting! You will love the shopping and vibe of the neighborhood. Guests are encouraged to move and rearrange furniture to best suit your needs. (Please use discretion to not damage or break any furniture items, if you are not able to move them yourself - We can arrange pieces to be moved for you prior to your event) Once again, we have always valued the flexibility of our space and have moved our couches, chairs, Rugs, Tables, etc have easily been stashed away for our parties, or meetings into the smaller rooms (not externally outside of the space) and we encourage you see the space as a place where your imagination is limitless within the four walls.

We are a recreational cooking school in SoHo, and when we are not teaching classes, we are happy to rent out our well-appointed kitchen space to those in need of an intimate and very functional kitchen space. The majority of our renters are using the for pop-up dinners or creating food-related photo or film content. Our kitchen is a mix of vintage, modern, and industrial. We have combined the functionality of a commercial kitchen (30 feet of butcher block and stainless steel work tables, metal counter stools, and every possible piece of cooking equipment) tempered with the warmth of home (wooden farm table, blown-glass and enamel pendant lights, 2 massive skylights). We are located on Grand Street (near Lafayette) in SoHo, steps away from some fantastic food shopping in Little Italy and Chinatown. Our space is 1000 square feet and comes with a private bathroom. We are located up 1 flight of stairs on the second floor of a two-story building. If you would like to host a cooking class, private dinner, video shoot, product launch, or any event that requires an inviting and well-stocked kitchen and dining room, please send us a booking request! REDUCED WEEKDAY RATES: For Monday-Friday rentals between 8am - 4pm, we can honor a 4 hour minimum, instead of our required 6 hour minimum rental. RENTAL INCLUDES: All linens (dishtowels, aprons), use of kitchen equipment, servingware, and some food storage. DELIVERIES can be facilitated the day before your rental. You will need to pick up keys from us before your event date and you can leave them with our cleaning staff at the end of your rental.

With large windows facing south, the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day.
