We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. We are a full service production company and post production suite in NYC. We have two studios here. One is a hard fiberglass L shaped cyc, and the other is a sound stage that has multiple background options (hanging fabric green screen, seamless paper, brick background, or you can bring in your own set). We also have a color correction suite and an audio suite that are all available for bookings.

This is a french cafe inspired space with clean lines and a welcoming atmosphere. It feels familiar yet modern. This elegant venue is perfect for cocktail receptions and formal gatherings because of the multi-room setup. It can also be easily converted into a pop-up shop since the space is unbranded, and it comes equipped with a changing area/coat room/full length mirror. Our venue is also well lit with vintage vanities and the Sonos sound system is easy to use with any iPhone. For an additional fee, an event coordinator can help arrange for catering and be on hand the day of the event to coordinate everything. This is a 1500 sq. ft. daylight studio available for photo & video productions, showrooms and special events in Chinatown. With large windows facing south, the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day. This all white loft features textured brick walls, exposed wood beam ceilings up to 14 feet high, a kitchenette and bar top.
