We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

We are a recreational cooking school in SoHo, and when we are not teaching classes, we are happy to rent out our well-appointed kitchen space to those in need of an intimate and very functional kitchen space. The majority of our renters are using the for pop-up dinners or creating food-related photo or film content. Our kitchen is a mix of vintage, modern, and industrial. We have combined the functionality of a commercial kitchen (30 feet of butcher block and stainless steel work tables, metal counter stools, and every possible piece of cooking equipment) tempered with the warmth of home (wooden farm table, blown-glass and enamel pendant lights, 2 massive skylights). We are located on Grand Street (near Lafayette) in SoHo, steps away from some fantastic food shopping in Little Italy and Chinatown. Our space is 1000 square feet and comes with a private bathroom. We are located up 1 flight of stairs on the second floor of a two-story building. If you would like to host a cooking class, private dinner, video shoot, product launch, or any event that requires an inviting and well-stocked kitchen and dining room, please send us a booking request! REDUCED WEEKDAY RATES: For Monday-Friday rentals between 8am - 4pm, we can honor a 4 hour minimum, instead of our required 6 hour minimum rental. RENTAL INCLUDES: All linens (dishtowels, aprons), use of kitchen equipment, servingware, and some food storage. DELIVERIES can be facilitated the day before your rental. You will need to pick up keys from us before your event date and you can leave them with our cleaning staff at the end of your rental.

This space is a sustainable white-box event space that allows for a creative and open floorplan. Boasting 3,500 square feet that can host up to 205 standing and 100 seated, this space is multi-use and state-of the art. There are projectors in the space that are included in your rental fee, including any other equipment and furniture. Within this unique space, a Green Wall brings the outdoors inside with live plants awash in beautiful light. Within the main area of the space, there is a teaching and demo kitchen with Gaggenau appliances that allow interactive cooking demos, or dramatic dining. Located towards the back of the space, there is an airy conference room, featuring a salvaged wood table.

Our Boutique Photo studio is ideal for Portraits, Headshots, Celebrity Shoots , Corporate Headshots , Fashion and Editorial Shoots, Branding Sessions, Model and Casting Sessions, and Small crew videos as well as small event pop ups. Located in the Financial District, our Studio provides you with the perfect space for your shoot, casting, or creative project. ---- More about the studios and neighborhood: Photo and video production studio is available with freight entrance and 24hr access. Located in Downtown Manhattan at the easily accessible Fulton Station. This is a french cafe inspired space with clean lines and a welcoming atmosphere. It feels familiar yet modern. This elegant venue is perfect for cocktail receptions and formal gatherings because of the multi-room setup. It can also be easily converted into a pop-up shop since the space is unbranded, and it comes equipped with a changing area/coat room/full length mirror. Our venue is also well lit with vintage vanities and the Sonos sound system is easy to use with any iPhone. For an additional fee, an event coordinator can help arrange for catering and be on hand the day of the event to coordinate everything. Services by one of our stylists can also be requested for for an additional cost, which can add a fun and unique experience to any event.
