We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

This is an open, furnished creative loft located at the intersection of SoHo and TriBeCa. Our loft is perfect for smaller meetings, photo/video shoots, and dinners. You'll get fantastic views of the historic landmark architecture in our neighborhood. There is an elevator for moving equipment and people. Additional charges would be for photo/video equipment, events with alcohol, production services, furniture, and more than 10 people.

A nostalgic and intimate jewel box of a space that transports you back to the prohibition era, situated in an historic building that was once the home of Lucky Luciano's Palm Casino Speakeasy.

This space is a sustainable white-box event space that allows for a creative and open floorplan. Boasting 3,500 square feet that can host up to 205 standing and 100 seated, this space is multi-use and state-of the art. There are projectors in the space that are included in your rental fee, including any other equipment and furniture. Within this unique space, a Green Wall brings the outdoors inside with live plants awash in beautiful light. Within the main area of the space, there is a teaching and demo kitchen with Gaggenau appliances that allow interactive cooking demos, or dramatic dining. Located towards the back of the space, there is an airy conference room, featuring a salvaged wood table.

This temporary space offers the quintessential contemporary gallery space with its ten foot tall all-glass storefront, large doors, and industrial metal floor. This minimalist space features a storage/office area in the back with bathroom, three pristine walls ideal for artworks and hanging retail fixtures, along with outlets, WiFi, and fluorescent or spot lights. Pop up for a week or more in this prime location with high foot traffic, just off the Bowery, at the Lower East Side’s border with Nolita.

A laid back office and event space with high design, refined finishes, and wellness amenities. Our available spaces range from small meeting rooms to larger conference areas as well as our Lounge/Cafe, large Forest Room and Wellness studio. Your booking cost includes an onsite event coordinator who can make the planning of you event seamless. Amenities include seating, audio visual, monitors, and partial kitchen with large island for bar or food setup.

Light, bright, and clean studio with a 3-camera set-up (4 cameras can be used - but only for certain set-ups), microphones, and an audio engineer. All 4 Cameras are Sony ZV-E10 Microphones are all Shure SM7B’s There is a digital screen in the background to broadcast your podcast logo. Can record with up to 4 people at a time, though the best framing is with 1-2 people.

This is a 1500 sq. ft. daylight studio available for photo & video productions, showrooms and special events in Chinatown. With large windows facing south, the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day. This all white loft features textured brick walls, exposed wood beam ceilings up to 14 feet high, a kitchenette and bar top. Studio is a walk up 4 flights of stairs. ***Photo Production rate = $120 / hour (min 3 hrs) under 9 people. or $130 / hour for 10-15 people. ***Video Production rate = $135 / hour (min 3 hr) under 9 people or $145 / hour for 10-15 people. ***Showroom/Meeting rate = $120 / hour (min 3 hrs) ***Event rate = $220 / hour (depending on size/type) ***Cleaning Fee for events = $150-200 (depending on size/type) *Please note, the studio is a 5th floor walk up (4 flights up).
