3,700 ft² Event Planner Designed Multi-Functional Penthouse Floor - DTLA
The 3,700 ft² of space spans the entirety of the top floor of the building where there are no other units - you and your guests will have the utmost privacy with their own private entrance. As an artist, event planner, and host, I designed my entire space with two things in mind - creating the optimal environment for the best guest experience and nurturing an ambiance to ingrain the most impactful memories. Everything was created with celebrations, themed parties, workshops, product launches, music releases, dinner parties, brand activations, speaking engagements, and the performing arts in mind.
You will have the entire floor which is divided into several large open-floor spaces, four themed rooms, a sizable restroom, interactive hallways, and a plethora of interesting nooks and crannies. Upon entering, you will walk into one large voluminous 1,400+ ft² of open space with a mix of the old and new, from antique furniture, custom painted flooring and walls to sleek surfaces and modern technology throughout. The skyline views from the oversized mid floor to ceiling windows are across from a projector and screen setup.
Followed by this multi-functional space are four themed rooms. One is a blue cloud room where you feel like you are in the skies and the one across is a bohemian antique jungle room, complete with cheetah spots. The third is our highly popular modern princess room and our last room is darker with hues of deep sensual reds. The main hallway connects these rooms and lends itself to a wide range of set-ups, including baby showers, product launch events, birthday soirees, and music concerts. With an array of interesting furniture, and other decorations that come with your rental, you can really deliver an unforgettable experience.
The space also offers a kitchen, cocktail bar, sound system, and a substantial restroom that is as sizable as a dressing room.

Our space is in an area brimming with art galleries, yoga studios, coffeehouses, restaurants, bars, and the monthly Downtown Art Walk. Situated in an extremely walkable, Metro-accessible neighborhood known as the Gallery Row District, the building itself is home to many prominent retailers, including Las Perlas, the nation’s first Mezcal bar, and Redline Food and Bar. With its close proximity to the Financial District and Civic Center, my venue is the perfect match for event planners and hosts who want history with a modern flair and tons of character.
