Welcome to this sunny and spacious artistic loft located in the heart of DTLA’s Historic Core. Inside you’ll find a 2,000 sqft open loft with a that offers a modern metropolitan aesthetic. Enjoy immense natural light with 10-foot windows, exposed brick, leather seating, art mural and an expansive separate corridor, perfect for storing equipment outside the main space. This space also features a large bathroom separated from the main area and full kitchen use. This unit also includes 1-2 parking spaces on-site at special request. There is also a large parking structure directly across the street for crews and guests. To date, we have hosted over 50 productions and would love to be a part of your next project! The loft has served as a backdrop/set for countless network TV, fashion photoshoots, music videos, web series, cooking shows, indie films and major brand commercials. HOURLY RATE The posted price per hour is for a crew of 12 people max including crew & talent. Larger productions are welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! SCOUTING/LOCATION VISITS We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions. OVERTIME All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. So the price you see is more than likely incorrect as it is an "entry level" (1-5 guests) price. The basic rental with no add ons gets you the entire rooftop lounge, outdoor common areas that are all view facing, the living room, and one restroom. Please do the calculations based on the numbers provided in the pricing section to figure out what it will cost, or email me and I will be more than happy to assist with an accurate quote. The panoramic jetliner views are breathtaking where you can see the Hollywood Sign from any room in the house, all of Universal City, all the way down to the Van Nuys airport to the San Gabriel Mountains. The views are gorgeous day and night. This property is ideal for film, music videos, influencers, wedding proposals, productions, meditations, yoga, or celebration. We do have a strict noise ordinance unfortunately, so the rooftop lounge closes at 10pm, but the event can continue indoors after that. There can be no music outdoors any hour. All music must be kept indoors. There is limited street parking. We require guests to Uber. Productions / caterers are exceptions. Most houses in Hollywood Hills will not having parking accommodations for large parties. Please consider this when you book or scout. Email me with questions.

Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all I ask! Now on to the fun stuff… The studio is located in a beautiful penthouse loft in a 1920 building in Historic downtown LA. There are two elevators* to get up to the loft on the 14th floor. The space is 50ft x 40ft and there's 1800 SQ ft available for production. The ceiling is 15ft high (it's very high!!!) It has brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light and grey polished concrete flooring. Once closed, the thick blue velvet curtains block most of the day light. It's furnished and all the furniture, artwork and plants you see in the photos are available, movable (with care ;) and usable for your set. Just place everything back where it was at the end of your booking. We have a dolly you can borrow to load your equipment and the studio comes with 3 continuous daylight balanced lights: one Godox SL200Wii, one Aputure 120d and one Godox SL60. They all have a softbox and are on C-stand. The STUDIO area - 12 ft wide seamless backdrop in white, black or chromakey green. You'll just have some police sirens and helicopters once in a while but that's pretty standard for DTLA. No noise either coming from neighbors and there's no construction site close by. *Elevators dimensions W76xL57xH91 inches and the door is 82x42. It's easy to roll in and load your equipment from the parking lot to the loft. We are a multi-purpose venue and creative space located in Hollywood’s Media District. Our aesthetic is simple and industrial with white brick and exposed wooden beams. This studio is ideal for music and dance rehearsals, photo shoots, filming, casting, workshops, performances, classes and other industry events.

Our sun-drenched, bi-level loft boasts 25 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and fantastic natural light all day long thanks to our many southeast facing windows. We have two painted statement walls by talent from Anthropology and 100 year-old white and cream rugs direct from Istanbul which compliment our overall neutral palette. We’ve personally designed much of the loft’s furniture and gathered textiles, ceramics, and other one-of-a-kind objects from around the world. Our decor is a delicate balance of whimsy and bohemian modernity and many of our guests remark that shooting here is like living in the clouds. With spring almost here, it’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous this time of year, flooding into the space as early as 7am. Because I am an interior designer and my husband is a TV and commercial director, we understand the rigors of film production, and have designed the loft with that in mind. The main downstairs area is a spacious open layout with a live edge Calcutta gold marble table that can be easily moved to make additional space for complex camera and lighting setups. Or, if you're looking to host an event, our 18 foot curated banquet table is perfect for a beautiful bridal shower or dinner party. The master bedroom is a favorite for photo shoots and gets fantastic natural light throughout the day. The bedroom connects to our large master bathroom, which is often used for a makeup and wardrobe changing area. Upstairs you’ll find the crown of the loft, our Caravana lounge, which is filled with low custom-made Moroccan cushions and pillows, organic hemp and goats wool Turkish rugs, painted statement walls, and our new majestic eight foot floor mirror custom built from wood beams of an ancient temple in Jakarta. With an array of unique decor, textures, and vignettes, the lounge upstairs is spectacular for creating content. Directly outside the loft are a pair of modern ten foot tables ideal for crew lunches, craft services, and clients thanks to our 5G wifi. We also have a loading ramp that makes moving equipment a breeze and tons of free parking. The loft is PERFECT for any size of production.
