Concrete flooring cleaned prior to every event for a polished finished. 2 - Entry Way - 800 sq. ft. - Exposed brick entryway with rolling garage door opening (perfect for larger load-in's and events requiring both outdoor & indoor coverage. Rolling garage door leads into parking lot. Easy wheelchair accessible access to bathroom and kitchenette with dedicated fridge available. 3 - Recording Room - 400 sq. ft. - Comfortable yet spacious indoor recording room area with pre-treated walls and recording booth area. Rentals come with access to the main recording console (majority equipment provided by Avalon Design) as well as main Mac computer, equipped for all recording needs. Comfortably fits 12 seated with standing room access of 15-20. 4 - Parking Lot - 4300 sq. ft. - Spacious parking lot with access to fit 15 cars comfortably. Easily fits tour busses up to 42' in length. Private security surveillance via San Gabriel private security team is guaranteed throughout any event, any time of day. Full buyouts are encouraged and available upon request and requires customized booking depending on your needs. Set storage also available if needed, along with our outdoor storage containers if requested. A/C is available for all bookings and will properly circulate throughout the building for any and all events (silent enough not to interfere with recording room activities). Our space is the perfect place for Events and Content Creation of any kind! Our highly instagramable venue features three intertwining sets, a glam station, a 60 foot Marley runway and a fierce lifestyle / event area complete with color programmable lighting.

The sweet retreat sits on a serene one way street with a "locals only" feel set behind a chic privacy fence with a desert inspired garden. We do require an event manager be present on the site depending on the event as it is a private home. This ensures everything runs smoothly. We collect a $500 security deposit prior to the event and return the security deposit when there is no damage done. Located in the Arts District of Los Angeles, our live/work condo loft plus photography studio is a mix of industrial architecture and modern decor. The loft is ultra quiet and a great location for interviews, documentaries and film projects that require clean sound. Additionally, there is a small voiceover booth that can be used for quick vocal recording. Every inch is tastefully decorated and adds a sense of character and luxury to your photo / film production, meeting or event. We are commercial photographers and creative directors by trade, so the space was designed for maximum efficiency and attractive angles for productions. Our loft's massive original factory windows face south by southwest and receive natural light all day long, with an extra burst of gorgeous sunlight in the late afternoon. We have one of the most advanced smart home systems, with nearly every light controlled hands free with Alexa. Many can even be dimmed or changed to a different color. Likewise, we have a multi-room ambient music system with around a dozen speakers, all powered by Alexa. Throughout the studio are faux and real plants and a gorgeous antique white baby grand piano that is in tune and ready to play. Our loft has a full kitchen that can be used for your photo and film productions and our childrens' room can be made available for filming by *advanced* request as well. COVID-19 note: As a former CNA, I have experience and training sanitizing locations and you can be rest assured that our space receives deep cleaning and sanitation before and after every booking. Surfaces are cleaned with either pure bleach, 70% alcohol or pure ammonia, including the doorbell and every handle/switch. The space is decorated with French chandeliers and lanterns from the trees, white-washed wine barrel tables, as well as multiple antique silver teapot vases. There are numerous water sources including the fountains, pond, hot tub and heated pool with infinity waterfall. Several macrame swinging chairs hang from the wooden rose lined gazebo as well as playhouse. Numerous white-washed Adirondack recliners and benches, as well as cushioned chairs with a large stone table and bar provide plenty of eating or serving spaces. There is even a further private gazebo with firepit providing a more quiet couch seating arrangement that overlooks the pool and lower garden party area. My space is a unique European style restaurant/venue in an historic building with both indoors and outdoors. With 10,000sqft of total space suitable for small and large events and filming productions.

Our gallery is an 800 sf open space that includes hi speed wifi, Seating for 6 at intimate hi top, 16 at conference tables or 25 in open workshop space, Theatre style seating or set up at lecture tables with sound system and projector or 55"" tv for presentation or entertainment. Have had standing events of 50 or more. LA Blue Line is one block away and we are within walking distance of dozens of amazing restaurants and .9 miles from Shoreline Village in Long Beach. There is free on-site garage parking, plenty of metered street parking and a city lot one block away. Street parking is free after 6pm and all day Sundays.

Our space has a unique swimming pool area completely private and secluded featuring 2 vintage trailers, each parked along one side of the pool. The Location also feature two bars. The tiki bar by the pool is framed by an orange three and a gigantic cactus and enwrapped by a red bougainvillea. The second bar is situated in the lower part of the yard and has a more western look. In the lower part of the yard there are also two entrances. One is to the studio, a 1940 wood paneled room with its own outdoor patio and its own private bathroom. The other entrance leads to a 1940 original kitchen with original 1940 tile top Owen and refrigerators are of course modern. The dining room area because of its lighting it is often converted into a make up room while the step down living room with high ceiling is used as a photo studio and its equipped with a manfrotto auto pole and a series of backgrounds. The space is constantly changing and improving both look and functionality and adjusting to the needs of different applications and events. We have hosted a variety of activities such as film and video productions, music concerts, dinner parties, art show, airbnb, Our clients seems to enjoy the design and the vibe of the place, but also the convenience of being centrally located and at walking distance from cafe restaurants and night life.
