Designed to provide a multi-functional area, this studio is a spacious 1,900 sq. ft rectangular shaped room with an abundance of natural light shining in from the east through our windows. The clean white walls, 9' ceiling and gorgeous pillars make our studio an ideal space for any type of photo shoots and filming. Our space offers classic smooth white walls as well as a white bricked wall for urban style concepts. The entire area is on the 4th floor of the building, which is located only a few blocks from the California Mart and the Santee Alley. Our beautiful creative storefront studio has almost 800 square feet of open space, soaring 14 foot ceilings and beautifully decorated in a palette of pinks and greens featuring botanical wallpapers and pastel colored accents. It needs hardly any decor at all. Our street-level windows are north-facing so we get pleasant diffused daylight throughout the day. Overhead lighting includes Hue bulbs by Phillips & LifX so that you can tone the lighting to your specific color palette. A Google hub bluetooth speaker provides any background music you might want but we also have a sound system for performances including speakers, mics w/ stands and a simple sound board available for an additional fee. We're located in a friendly and affluent neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and conveniently located near Universal Studios and within walking distance of CBS Radford and the Studio City farmer's market. The entire open space is available to our guests, including a kitchenette featuring a vintage pink fridge, an indoor swing, a stage and a spacious, attractive restroom. We own custom-made plywood tables and 30+ gorgeous pastel colored vintage Heywoodite school chairs. Our furniture is available for your use (free of charge), you must be willing/ able to bring furniture in from our storage space out back and replace when you are finished at the end of your event. You will either be greeted personally by one of our associates or provided with a code to enter through the rear door if your rental is to begin early in the morning or if no one is available at that time. An authentic Balinese-inspired villa and poolside oasis. We have spared no expense in making the experience feel like you're walking into another world. We wanted elegance, comfort and color. Each of the three bedrooms are inspired by our travels throughout Bali, and have their own distinct theme: "White Room" (designed for complete tranquility), "Bohemia" (inspired by our love of the lush Balinese jungle) and the Master Suite (inspired by our love of indoor/outdoor living that is so prevalent in Bali). The kitchen, two living rooms, and dining area are completely open plan, with modern design and photography in mind. The living area overlooks our Balinese-inspired pool area, complete with custom-made Saraswati Daybed, outdoor teak dining table (which accommodates up to 10 people), and sun beds. The entire garden is surrounded by Bamboo, and the pool decking is reclaimed Ulin wood, all of which we had shipped from Bali. We wanted to bring a genuine Balinese poolside experience. The Master Suite looks out onto a private tropical grass garden and faces a handmade Buddha water fountain. This area also connects to the poolside area. The master suite bathroom has a unique black theme with a large golden citrine crystal. This was inspired by the black sand beaches beneath Mount Agung. There is a 12-inch rain shower, set against an opaque glass panel which gives the impression of being in the jungle. The entire home has smart lighting, which we have made really easy to use. At the touch of a button, you can set your desired scene. If you don't feel like touching a button, no problem: all the lights in the living and outdoor areas are completely automated, designed to enhance your mood as the evening goes on. While designing this villa, we thought a lot about content creation, and have built out a ton of great places to capture unique photos, and film.
