Although the building is equipped with fire sprinklers, the Studio is located in a potentially flammable historic building. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Absolutely no smoking or vaping or use of alcohol anywhere on the premises. Any breaking of this rule, by you or your guests, will result in a $500.00 fine. Also, any confetti or confetti sprinklers used will have a $300.00 fine.

Sky Mountain Villa is a modern, architectural masterpiece nestled on 20 acres in the famous Topa Topa Mountains. The property is designed to blend effortlessly with the surrounding nature of the Los Padres Forest offering panoramic views of the mountainous valley by day and a planetarium experience throughout the night; You will feel like you are worlds away, while being just 5 minutes from Ojai’s quaint town center. The expansive, uninterrupted mountain views create the ideal location for productions, retreats, and photo shoots. The Sky Mountain Villa open floor plan offers hair/makeup rooms, multiple bathrooms and several options for base-camp, digital tech setup, and staging. The property has options available for parking up to 30 cars upon request. Additionally, there is a separate garage workspace with glass garage doors available upon request. Within the 20 acre estate, the two private homes, Sky Mountain Villa and Infinity Bungalows, are close enough to walk or drive between, if you should book both, but they are also far enough apart with separate entrances to ensure complete privacy during your stay.

The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is around 1500 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately over quarter of an acre. Pricing is based on 15 person maximum.
