Our original premier event space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties, and elegant weddings. With over 10 years of experience we can provide a perfect venue for any event you can imagine, including fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations. Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th century building.
Our rentals are typically based on a 10 hour window (including set-up and breakdown) at a fixed day rate, depending on event type and size.

A 6 or 8 hour window may be available, depending on the type of rental, at an hourly rate: $450/hour for a minimum of 8 hours, or an adjusted rate for a 6 hour rental (available for specific events.)
Hourly rate may be higher for large-scale events.
There is an additional cleaning charge and trash fee for all events.
Access to the freight elevator before 7am or after 7pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour. Access to the freight elevator during the weekend is available at $150/hour.
Holds for bookings are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Secondary holds are offered after the first hold has been filled. If a secondary hold would like to place a deposit, the first hold will be given a 24-hour window to book, after which the booking will be made available to the secondary hold.

In order to make sure that we are operating our studios in a safe and healthful manner for our returning clients in the wake of COVID-19 we are making a few necessary improvements and updates.
We are following the Key to NYC requirements for indoor entertainment spaces, meaning all guests aged 12 and older should be able to present proof that they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine upon entry to the studio. This applies to all events held in our spaces, including private and corporate events.
-Additionally, all staff at our studios have been vaccinated.
-PPE including hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves are made available to guests upon entry to our studios
- Additional hand washing stations have been installed in each studio.
- All bathroom sinks have been retrofit with contactless faucets.
- Increased wifi bandwidth will be available, up to 10 Gbps for remote videoconferencing needs for both events and productions.
- Daily intensive cleanings of both studios.
Music must be off at 11:30pm with guests exiting at midnight.

This lavish 4,200 sq/ft eccentric artist loft fully preserves the creative magic of Tribeca in the 1970s. The whimsically curated open layout has majestic 14-foot ceilings with Corinthian cast-iron columns, an outpour of natural light, a shoji screen-enshrined bedroom, and an exquisitely designed one-of-a-kind bathroom with a jacuzzi and a 10-foot window. Security at the Client's expense shall be required at events including the serving of Alcohol. We do not permit late night parties at our Gallery.
Please be advised, there are five steps up at the entrance to the space. The Gallery is currently awaiting the installation of a new stairlift.
Further details on this deposit, insurance, cleaning fee, and alcohol policy with be included in a written agreement between the Gallery and the Client.
Creative Studio 1-1, a 500 sq foot loft, boasts 12+ foot ceilings, a mirrored wall, and outward-facing, oversized windows for tons of natural light. The space accommodates up to 40 people, has acoustic installation along with sound dampening, and versatile lighting. Starting at $52 an hour, Space 1-1 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need!
Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Creative can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting.
We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible and elevator access), and has cold and sparkling water available.

Our space is in the heart of Chinatown! We're a 1000 sq foot contemporary barbershop with a backyard to cater to events and crowds! If your interested in our space don't hesistate to reach out with any questions!
Our large 2,200 SF midtown studio is great for Photoshoots, Filming, Rehearsals, Readings, Casting Sessions, Vocal Recording, and much more! We have 3 different studios within our space in addition to a large reception/waiting area with plenty of seating and room to socially distance. We are on the top floor and share the floor with only 1 other tenant, so there is very minimal noise.
Each of our spaces offers something unique. Our 2 larger studios are great for readings, castings, rehearsals, etc. We have a professional Vocal Booth complete with a top of the line microphone and equipment set up, great for vocal recordings. This can be rented at an additional cost of $50/hour.
Our smaller studio is perfect for a dressing room, hair & makeup room, etc. It features a couch, a stand-up mirror, and privacy blinds. It also functions as a great set for film or photo shoots where you can light through our interior window, shining light through the blinds and curtains creating a cinematic look.
Our space is also great for meetings and virtual classes. Each of our rooms comes equipped with a Roku TV that is already connected to our high-speed WIFI, tables, and chairs. We have over 50 chairs for use in the space and several tables.
Each of our studios has curtains on all windows and rugs to dampen the sound.
Since we also use our space for film shoots, our space also comes with some set dressing elements for film shoots including American flag, high school banner, cafe table dressing, bedding for our futon, pillows and throw blankets, silverware, different table cloths, different size tables, different curtain options, and more.
