We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Creative Studio 1-1, a 500 sq foot loft, boasts 12+ foot ceilings, a mirrored wall, and outward-facing, oversized windows for tons of natural light. The space accommodates up to 40 people, has acoustic installation along with sound dampening, and versatile lighting. Starting at $52 an hour, Space 1-1 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need! Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Creative can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible and elevator access), and has cold and sparkling water available. Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Fittings, Yoga/Fitness classes, Movement/Improv classes, and more! This unique 2000 + sq. ft space offers so much diversity with it's 25 foot ceilings, open floor plans, sky lights, loft areas, great acoustics, an incredible appointment of old foundry art, and a history that embraces all who enter the space.
