Firstly, our photo studio is the ideal space for small-scale photo shoots. The studio is equipped with a white and green background, perfect for capturing a range of different shots. With adjustable lighting options, you can easily create the perfect ambiance to complement your subject. The space is designed for small teams and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. In addition to our photo studio, we also offer a flexible meeting room that can accommodate up to six people. The room is equipped with a TV, whiteboard, and other amenities that will make your meeting a success. The clean and modern design of the space creates a professional atmosphere that's perfect for any type of meeting or presentation. Whether you're a photographer in need of a versatile photo studio or a business looking for a small, functional meeting room, we've got you covered. Our space is designed to provide everything you need to work, collaborate, and create.

A reservation for this space includes use of the open space on the floor. Our floor plan consists of a large open area set up with team tables, round tables, and theater style seating options. Chairs and small tables may be moved during the reservation. We just ask that they are returned to their original spot by the end of the reservation. The long white tables with 8 black seats each in the photos cannot be moved since they are fixed in place. A kitchenette area includes a sink and a refrigerator that can be utilized during a reservation. Lockers are also available and may be used (locks not included). Exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. A training room and meeting rooms on the same floor are not included in this configuration option and may be reserved by other groups. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests come to the floor from the building lobby. The building front door is open from 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. Anytime outside those hours, event hosts will need to have someone available in the lobby to let their guests into the building and scan the elevator access card. Hosts may also post a sign with a phone number to call or provide a phone number to guests in advance. Hosts will then need to have someone go down to the lobby to assist their guests get inside and use the elevator. Reservations are only being considered through 2023 since the space is also available for lease.

Studio A is a spacious 2,200 square foot shooting space perfect for any photo or video shoot. One of the main focal points of this daylight studio is the 24×10′ wall of windows flooding the cyclorama with beautiful Northern light. This professional studio space is packed with amenities; which include a modern appliance-packed kitchenette stocked with dishes and utensils, a washer and dryer, a stylish sitting area and a booming sound system. Another great feature and convenience is the 11×11′ roll-up garage door large enough for almost any prop to fit comfortably inside along with an easily accessible and secure back lot that has ample room to fit up to four motor homes. In addition, there’s an in-studio private makeup/styling room fully equipped with rolling racks and professional steamer. And don’t forget, there is also the added convenience of the on-site professional photo equipment rentals and supplies and a knowledgeable staff to assist with all your needs.

The place is called Amore and host has a license to solemnize marriages. Host will be available onsite throughout the event. Currently guests are able to request the following: Romantic Dinner for 2 on roof deck (host has chef license and SafeServe) Marriage Proposals on upper deck, host also has license to marry (FL notary) Photoshoot Onboard provided by the host in exclusive spaces Private Tour of the Area on Gracy, a vintage solar electric, 4 ppl max Use of 1965 Mustang Convertible to and from hotel or within 1-3 miles Intimate concerts, host is also a pianist if background music is needed The space is fully equipped with everything for a 5 star event space.
