My space is very versatile: it has beautiful natural light all day long, blackout and semi-sheer blinds, changing area, makeup station, lounge area and beautiful furnishing. The space includes the use of paper backgrounds of various sizes and colors. Basic lighting kit is included. You have access to the rooftop with clean, white walls and a hot tub. You can also use the parking lot which features a minimalistic white wall. My studio is centrally located on 81st street and Biscayne BLVD, close to Midtown and Miami Beach. I include snacks, water and coffee in the rental.

Your production, videos, photos and events will only be limited by your imagination, since this architectural beauty has countless rooms and settings for you to use or transform to your every need. The villa sits on a private a lake (with even access to two small secluded islands) with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and available boat, Jet skis and paddle boards available for rental as well. It is an amazing resort style modern villa with all the resort amenities yet the privacy of a private home. Words can't describe everything Villa Vazquez has to offer! Built in 1922 in the Spanish Revival/Moorish stye, tremendous amount of colorful details, different arches, moldings, columns, crests, elaborate beamed tile and painted ceiling, dramatic fireplace, fountains, statuary, balconies, very atmospheric garden and walls, orchids raised on property, filled with heavy wood carved furniture, a variety of colorful Spanish tiles, collectibles and antiques. The house exterior and interior has been described as a "Great Gatsby/ Sunset Boulevard" type house.
