This unique 2000 + sq. ft space offers so much diversity with it's 25 foot ceilings, open floor plans, sky lights, loft areas, great acoustics, an incredible appointment of old foundry art, and a history that embraces all who enter the space. The space has been used for film, photography, live theater, operatic performances, concerts, corporate events and a host of other private events. As this was a former foundry, the building is equipped with commercial/industrial electricity. All rentals include setup and tear down time.

Located in the heart of Union square/ Flatiron this space boasts loads of natural light and a fabulous minimalist feel. Our clean, open studio is ideal for hosting lectures, workshops, photo shoots (lots of white walls), filming and various private events. Interested in taking your event outdoors? We’ve got you! In addition to our 2nd floor studio we also have a 400 sq ft roofdeck available for your use. Whatever the event, we are here to assist you. Let’s get creative! Please Note: There are two restrooms in both our mens and womens locker room. There are also two showers in each locker room. There is no elevator or handicap access available. We are located on the 2nd floor walk-up. Floors are covered with a black rubber with the expection of the locker rooms and deck. All equipment and furniture can be moved for your event. Production equipment is not provided. We are a 5 minute walk from the 14th street Union Square station, 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, W trains.

This high-end salon/spa was thoughtfully designed in collaboration with the acclaimed interior designer, Kara Mann of Kara Mann Design. It’s an impeccable mix of classic and modern elements in a 5000 square foot loft space that still feels intimate and residential. A series of arches lead through the reception area and foyer, with matching Venini chandeliers and a marble fireplace, to a semi-private 3-chair salon area, then to a stunning main salon with 15 stations and a vintage glass and chrome processing table, punctuated by a 13 foot ceiling and picture windows overlooking 5th Avenue and flooding the room with natural light. On the opposite end are luxurious spa rooms, along with restrooms and changing rooms. It’s a beautiful and relaxing environment where a client can feel a sense of privacy while being part of the action. In addition, there's a video projector and a large ceiling-mounted electric screen on the main salon floor. Great for video/photo shoots, product launch events, bridal parties, and other special events.

We offer a quiet, private space with large north-facing windows that can be used for photoshoots, video, interviews, castings, private parties, and more. The space is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Made up of 13 individual studios, Creative can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), and has cold and sparkling water available.
