We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Our Landmark Hall, situated next to the iconic Chelsea Hotel in one of New York City’s most prestigious neighborhoods, carries a rich history. Originally built as a church in the 1850s, it transformed into a vibrant synagogue in 1920 and was fully renovated in 2021. Over the past century, our Hall has resonated with the music, laughter, and joy of countless celebrations. Today, it serves as an elegant venue for special events. Our storefront is well-suited for hosting a pop up event, brand launch or private function. With its corner location and close proximity to public transportation, the store is easily accessible. At approximately 850 square feet, it is large enough and has the flexibility for multiple uses. The space can host corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, and dinner parties. It can accommodate up to 20 people for a seated event and up to 40 people standing for a cocktail reception. With its expansive windows, the space has an open feel and is filled with natural light. Extra features include a remote controlled HVAC, a coat rack for your guests and a kitchen prep area. We are located at the corner of Ralph and Putnam. The Putnam Avenue side offers a great backdrop for pictures. The store has a classic frontage. Our storefront space has a street level entrance that is wheelchair accessible. Our subway stop is the J at Gates Avenue which is three blocks away and 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan. Ralph Avenue has become one of the most commercially served corridors in Bedford Stuyvesant. Our 1490 sq.ft. studio is available for photo, video & audio productions as well as showroom use and special events. Located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn and boasting soaring ceilings that fill the space with copious amounts of natural light, the studio serves as a chic neutral canvas inviting you to bring your creative vision to life. This all white open loft features a 15 ft high beamed ceiling, stainless steel kitchen and a mosaic tiled bathroom with freestanding bath. We also offer a sound studio for audio and pod recordings as well brand new photography equipment available for hire. The studio is located on the first floor of a pre-war building with freight elevator use requested upon booking. There is easy street parking and a great selection of restaurants within walking distance.

Our freshly renovated studio, located in the heart of the Garment district, has wonderful natural light and stunning NYC views. Available for seminars, workshops, meetings, presentations, networking events, photo and video productions, also ideal for showrooms. We have 35+ comfortable chairs available plus couches and seating areas. Seating for up to 40 people in theater style set up, 25 people with chair and tables set up, networking event for up to 50 people. We can seat about a total of 40 people. We have (7) 6-feet and (3) 4-feet tables office tables. We can also remove furniture from the spaces if needed. We also offer up to 13 clothing racks we rent out to showrooms.

This four story Brooklyn towhome is a collection of four dreamy floors, each creating it's own unique vibe and setting. From exposed brick walls and wood beams to an oversized glass garage door opening up to the large backyard, this space is an over the top yet charming take on a lofty Brooklyn home.

Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience. In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.) Full working kitchen. Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. ------ House Rules: Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup. Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time. $750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime. Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof. No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only. Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines. No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please.
