Our original premier event space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties, and elegant weddings. With over 10 years of experience we can provide a perfect venue for any event you can imagine, including fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations. Contact us anytime to set up an appointment to see our stunning spaces. Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th century building. Our rentals are typically based on a 10 hour window (including set-up and breakdown) at a fixed day rate, depending on event type and size. Please contact us for an exact quote for your event! A 6 or 8 hour window may be available, depending on the type of rental, at an hourly rate: $450/hour for a minimum of 8 hours, or an adjusted rate for a 6 hour rental (available for specific events.) Hourly rate may be higher for large-scale events. There is an additional cleaning charge and trash fee for all events. Access to the freight elevator before 7am or after 7pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour. Access to the freight elevator during the weekend is available at $150/hour. Holds for bookings are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Secondary holds are offered after the first hold has been filled. If a secondary hold would like to place a deposit, the first hold will be given a 24-hour window to book, after which the booking will be made available to the secondary hold. Included in your rental is -access to in-house furniture (full list upon request) -in house AV which includes a Bluetooth sound system and two 55-inch HD TVs on rolling stands -High speed wifi -2 wireless, handheld microphones -Kitchens are set up with fully functioning electrical appliances including fridge, freezer, and electrical stovetop. (The gas range requires a propane hookup with FDNY permitting required, at an additional cost) In order to make sure that we are operating our studios in a safe and healthful manner for our returning clients in the wake of COVID-19 we are making a few necessary improvements and updates. We are following the Key to NYC requirements for indoor entertainment spaces, meaning all guests aged 12 and older should be able to present proof that they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine upon entry to the studio. More information on the Key to NYC mandate can be found here: https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-vaccines-keytonyc.page This applies to all events held in our spaces, including private and corporate events. -Additionally, all staff at our studios have been vaccinated. -PPE including hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves are made available to guests upon entry to our studios - Additional hand washing stations have been installed in each studio. - All bathroom sinks have been retrofit with contactless faucets. - Increased wifi bandwidth will be available, up to 10 Gbps for remote videoconferencing needs for both events and productions. - Daily intensive cleanings of both studios. Music must be off at 11:30pm with guests exiting at midnight. No smoking

We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. - Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $150/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $300/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. - Crews over 10 people will be charged an additional $10 per person per hour. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 10 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. This Brooklyn Church serving as a content creation location is a unique church property with an untouched vintage personality. The space is suitable for both small as well as large scale productions. If you're mood board is looking for anything close to vintage, this location will fullfil your visual needs. The location is full of props and sets the decor for a warm ambiance with that unique New York feel. The location can be used for photo and film productions of different sizes. This location, serving as a photo and film studio is located in Brooklyn. This multi-unit location offers a variety of different spaces, all with a unique, vintage and raw feel that is hard to find in New York. The chipped painting on the wall give this space character like nowhere else. Combined with the amount of natural light and the vintage decor, this space will help you realize your creative vision for your project. The natural light, warm, and vibrant colors entering through the windows of this location perfectly balance each other out. This location might help you create your favorite shot of the visual project to come. We manage several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes as the location is spacious and expansive. A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’.

Bright, modern, spacious 3,000 sqft Brooklyn brownstone with clean minimalist decor and full of iconic mid-century modern furniture. The soaring 11 foot ceilings and the back wall made entirely of glass create a sunlight-flooded and airy living space on the first floor. The master bedroom has 20 foot ceilings, providing extra drama to an elegantly furnished room. The master bathroom has floor to ceiling marble and a large soaking tub. The nursery is warm and cozy with a Scandinavian aesthetic. Both the nursery and an additional bedroom on the third floor (not pictured) face south and have great sunlight all year round. There is also a deck, a private backyard, and an a separate one bedroom apartment on the garden level.

About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Since we sometimes are hosting multiple shoots in our facilities and there are other tenants working in the building we are unable to create special audio-recording conditions. This is an eccentric and aesthetically rich artists loft and a bit of Williamsburg history. Established in 1989, Our open plan loft boasts a sunny southern wall of windows beneath 12ft ceilings where a vast, carefully curated collection of oddities both diverse & prodigious begs the eye to wander. From the walls of antique tools & implements, to hand-crafted vintage furniture, decorative and fine art objects, and taxidermy, it's a collection of collections and an experience not to be missed. Natural light shines on a garden platform with a wicker sofa, wood statuary and a jungle of plants.  The spacious living room area features a long red velvet couch under our iconic tool display, a throne, a fainting couch as well as a large low coffee table. The back section of the loft has a wall of mirrors, a glass cabinet wall showcasing shelves full of oddities, a collection of antique cash registers and candelabras, and a ceiling & wall of beautiful reclaimed tin. The lavatory features a river stone floor, an antique claw foot tub with copper shower enclosure as well as an apothecary collection from the the early nineteen hundreds. In the Conservatory, which is just off the main room through tall double doors, a working 1913 Chickering stand-up piano sits beneath a gallery of historic and contemporary works of art including a collection of nineteenth century family portraits watching over our library of select books. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a wall display of vintage kitchen implements, a refrigerator collaged with 1940s envelopes, and several glass cabinets of various eras.
