This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.

You'll love our space because of the ease and flow of the layout and the private entrance. The indoor/outdoor flow allows for utilization of either spaces separately or together with easy access to the restroom. This is a yoga and wellness studio located in the heart of Long Island City. It is an open space filled with natural sunlight with floor to ceiling windows. The studio is kept in a very neat and clean condition. It's a creative space and a sanctuary with a few big plants inside the studio. We have daily yoga and meditation classes so the floor is kept very clean. The space is also perfect for exhibitions, photoshoot, workshops, group circles/meetings, and ceremonies. We welcome any creative uses. There's a reception area, and a barn sliding door that leads to the main studio. There's a no-shoe policy in the main studio space. WE kindly asks guests to remove shoes in the reception area. To respect our neighbors, loud noise/music is not allowed. Pets are welcomed.

A cozy cafe with a garden oasis in the heart of Woodside. Escape from the noise outside and enter a relaxing intimate space with art and books on the walls; Wood floors, exposed brick and beautiful chandeliers. There's a small stage where you can enjoy performances, a presentation, host talks or a poetry reading. The stage can also accommodate a DJ and there is space for dancing. There is a very long bar with one side dedicated to an open kitchen/food prep and can be used as a buffet area. The other side is the coffee/beverage station which is perfect for serving drinks, wine and beer.

Welcome to our dance studio, a perfect place for rehearsals, photoshoots, and more. Our studio features a long mirror and high ceilings, providing ample space for a variety of activities. The studio is bathed in natural light, but can also be completely darkened to suit your needs. A door leads directly to the street, offering easy access and convenience. We are happy to rent out the space for rehearsals, photoshoots, and as a rest area for production companies filming in our area who need additional space for makeup, hair, and catering. In addition to this, we are open to dance rehearsals, acting, singing, musicals, various performances, and even acrobatics and aerial performances, as equipment can be hung from the ceiling. We occupy a spacious, open, and bright multi-purpose outdoor space. With a modern 'secret garden' feel and tons of natural lighting, we are fit to host gatherings, events and productions of many types and sizes. The space has a large and open feel, as well as many sectioned areas that are useful for smaller groups or to allow for privacy. All furniture and layouts are very easily changeable and we can work with mostly all requests. We feature 15 foot high privacy walls running the entire length of the space, a large variety of looks and backdrops, and amazing natural light providing great opportunities for 'golden hour' shooting. We also feature a catering area complete with a food and drink prep station, barbecue grill, foldable tables, and food prep supplies. *Grill access available for an additional charge* More intimate meet ups work perfectly in our space as there are multiple individual working areas. This is great for hosting workshops with break out sessions or having a wide variety of scenery when shooting photo or video. We are also able to fit up to 50 people quite comfortably in both a standing or seated layout. We are easily accessible, located in the heart of the artistic community in the Bushwick, Brooklyn/Ridgewood area .
