We offer several studio options ranging from 700 to 3200 sf – each with independent character – to fit any size shoot and budget. The price listed is use of the entire space. Committed to offering opportunities to both the veteran and up and coming photographers and video productions. If you are new to studio work, we’re happy to go over the equipment and some lighting concepts with you. We’re a pro studio without the big attitude – whatever your needs, we will go the extra mile to make your shoot exceptional.

We accommodate all types of parties to include: — Special Occasions — Holiday Parties — Movie Settings — Music Videos — Private Events — Photography/Photo Shoots — Etc... We supply alcohol such as Beer, Wine, Liquor, cocktails and shots. Options for each person include “Pay as you go” or “$25 all you can drink” which includes everything listed above for the duration of your event. Food can be accommodated per the "add-ons" section, however, outside food is permitted such as catering, deliveries, etc.. We house 4 32” TV screens and 2 58” TV screens. We can play all types of media of your choice to include streaming from your phone if you prefer. In addition to the above mentions, you will have access to loudspeakers for audio. Our outdoor venue brings creators and professionals together who are looking to work as a community to grow, expand, and share their passions. We occupy a spacious, open, and bright multi-purpose outdoor space. With a modern 'secret garden' feel and tons of natural lighting, we are fit to host gatherings, events and productions of many types and sizes. Book with us for your next seminar, workshop, photoshoot, hosting auditions, master class, networking event, study session, mastermind group, video shoot, hosting interviews or just a day of co-working to escape the office and get your creative juices flowing! The space has a large and open feel, as well as many sectioned areas that are useful for smaller groups or to allow for privacy. All furniture and layouts are very easily changeable and we can work with mostly all requests. We feature 15 foot high privacy walls running the entire length of the space, a large variety of looks and backdrops, and amazing natural light providing great opportunities for 'golden hour' shooting. We also feature a catering area complete with a food and drink prep station, barbecue grill, foldable tables, and food prep supplies. *Grill access available for an additional charge* More intimate meet ups work perfectly in our space as there are multiple individual working areas. This is great for hosting workshops with break out sessions or having a wide variety of scenery when shooting photo or video. We are also able to fit up to 50 people quite comfortably in both a standing or seated layout. We are easily accessible, located in the heart of the artistic community in the Bushwick, Brooklyn/Ridgewood area . Spanning over 2,500 square feet, this spacious sanctuary serves multi-use purpose. It has an upright piano, singing bowls, gong, and a collection of guitars. Perfect for wellness activities, photoshoot, films, special event, bday celebrations, and creative workshops. Full kitchen, shower and 2 bathrooms. Roof patio access.

Our community-built facility is a 1500 sq ft fully soundproofed analog & digital studio located in Queens, New York. Created to record all genres and styles of music and audio experimentation while also serving as a wonderful arena for creativity. You can use our studio as a zone for photo shoots, video productions, podcasting shoots, documentary or film shoot, small professional gatherings, songwriting, rehearsal space, and much more. When not rented out our studio is usually used for recording hardcore and punk music projects, yet we are versatile in what we can accommodate, if you are seeking to use our studio for recording initiatives. We additionally can offer the services of our in-house recording engineers and producers for your services. Some of our equipment includes a vintage Trident 24 Console, Ampex 440B, Tascam MS-16, Avalon VT-737SP, 1950’s Berlant Tube Preamps (x4), 90’s Marshall JCM-900, and more!
