Our space is a gorgeous production studio & office for award-winning production company. However, this space can fully transformed, customizable event space based in the heart of Long Island City. We are steps away from the Queensboro/59th Street Bridge, across the street from a CitiBike station and only 5-10 minute walks from the 7, E, N, R, W, M & F train stations at Queensboro/Queens Plaza. With gorgeous daylight pouring into our 20 foot+ ceiling space, you will have the ultimate natural light events. Come in the evening and you’ll enjoy a gorgeous sunset over the horizon of midtown Manhattan. A cozy cafe with a garden oasis in the heart of Woodside. Escape from the noise outside and enter a relaxing intimate space with art and books on the walls; Wood floors, exposed brick and beautiful chandeliers. There's a small stage where you can enjoy performances, a presentation, host talks or a poetry reading. The stage can also accommodate a DJ and there is space for dancing. There is a very long bar with one side dedicated to an open kitchen/food prep and can be used as a buffet area. The other side is the coffee/beverage station which is perfect for serving drinks, wine and beer.

Spacious and bright daylight studio with great light and views from windows on 3 sides. White brick walls and hardwood floors give a light airy feel and different texture options. Large private bathroom, changing room/hmu area, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main shoot/event space. The freight elevator opens directly into the space. Great for events, exhibits, performance, photo shoots, film/TV shoots, as well as a nice holding space for larger film/tv shoots. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard. The building is very film friendly and has other spaces available, please inquire if you need additional locations and I can facilitate booking those in conjunction with our studio.
