Options for each person include “Pay as you go” or “$25 all you can drink” which includes everything listed above for the duration of your event. Food can be accommodated per the "add-ons" section, however, outside food is permitted such as catering, deliveries, etc.. We house 4 32” TV screens and 2 58” TV screens. We can play all types of media of your choice to include streaming from your phone if you prefer. In addition to the above mentions, you will have access to loudspeakers for audio. You have "full control" from the music to the lighting to the temperature to the orientation of the furniture. If you are new to studio work, we’re happy to go over the equipment and some lighting concepts with you. Our creative studio in Far Rockaway is a great space for a wide variety of productions including interviews, portraits, photo shoots, narrative scenes, recipe videos and more. The apartment has a genial balance of agreeable gray walls and a comfortable cozy vibe. Guests have access to the common space, kitchen, bathroom, basement to load equipment into the elevator and a guest parking lot inside the complex We are literally one block away from Rockaway beach which makes it great, natural light, and comfortable seating.

**This space is more suitable for intimate events such as dinners, baby showers, sip and paints, cocktail parties, etc. the space is also great for photo/video shoots, pop up shops, elopements, pop up weddings, an exhibition space, fashion showrooms, brand events, and all artistic events. We do not accommodate large and excessively loud events past 12AM.** Our venue is a 1200 sq. ft. loft space in the heart of Astoria NY. The space is located in a well known Astoria building and is equipped with a buzzer system that grants entry to guests. The space is full of natural light which enters through our huge beautiful windows. The space also offers a blank canvas with all white features such as white textured brick walls, white marble like flooring, 16 ft ceilings, and an open floor plan. We offers a ton of amenities which include clear chiavari chairs for 50 guests, 6 foot tables, 5 cocktail tables, 3 booth seats on the loft, premium sound system, portable bar, led lighting and recessed lights throughout. The space also offers a private bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms outside of the space. To access the space, there is a buzzer system and an elevator that goes to the street level and is wheel chair accessible.

Welcome to our studio. This building was made in 1938. There is a lot of the old design along with new to enhance the personality of the space. The studio was created by an artist knowing the comfort needed to host a proper event. We hope you enjoy the magic in the space to reflect your beautiful moment you are celebrating.

A cozy cafe with a garden oasis in the heart of Woodside. Escape from the noise outside and enter a relaxing intimate space with art and books on the walls; Wood floors, exposed brick and beautiful chandeliers. There's a small stage where you can enjoy performances, a presentation, host talks or a poetry reading. The stage can also accommodate a DJ and there is space for dancing. There is a very long bar with one side dedicated to an open kitchen/food prep and can be used as a buffet area. The other side is the coffee/beverage station which is perfect for serving drinks, wine and beer.

Our store front can be used for a photoshoot or as a gallery, store, showcase, & for meetings a conference space. We have a grass wall. Swing chair - that can be removed All furniture is WHITE it can be taken out, or be used by clients direction. Our back room has 2 display cases for private showings.

My space has a gorgeous view overlooking the RFK bridge and the city. the nightlights are gorgeous and fireworks from my place is amazing.
