My space is an open yard with a beautiful view of the bay. Sometimes you will get a visit from the ducks or swans that live in the water. There is a bar, a homemade brick grill and what is going to be a pizza oven. There's a long walkway leading down to the boat/water. There is also new patio furniture and tables.
This is a yoga and wellness studio located in the heart of Long Island City. It is an open space filled with natural sunlight with floor to ceiling windows. The studio is kept in a very neat and clean condition. It's a creative space and a sanctuary with a few big plants inside the studio.
We have daily yoga and meditation classes so the floor is kept very clean. The space is also perfect for exhibitions, photoshoot, workshops, group circles/meetings, and ceremonies. We welcome any creative uses.
There's a reception area, and a barn sliding door that leads to the main studio. There's a no-shoe policy in the main studio space. WE kindly asks guests to remove shoes in the reception area.
To respect our neighbors, loud noise/music is not allowed.
Pets are welcomed.

Yes. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out.

COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events. For individuals, we can offer trusted, affordable COI suppliers.

Our 20,000 square foot LIC production facility looks out across the East River at the Manhattan skyline and is only one subway stop from Grand Central Station.
We offer a large open and bright space with 20' ceilings, a roof deck, and panoramic videos of Manhattan and downtown LIC.
There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. Additionally, the space has two 8-axis industrial robotic work cells that can be incorporated into film and photo shoots for a flat fee.

We have two beautifully textured walls with vintage white painted wood floors, a 12 ft ceiling, and a huge window facing east for clear morning light.
Amenities include French Press Coffee maker, AC, Heater, private bathroom with sink, MUA table w/mirror, folding tables, bottled spring water, and mini snacks
There are a variety of different backdrop colors available at the studio! All backdrops are free of charge if used as only background. If you need to pull paper on floor for model to step on we charge $12 per pull.

HOUSE RULES
- No Moving Shelves or Refrigerator without requesting thru host first. Failing to do so will incur of a $150 fine fee PLUS item replacement fee if item is broken.
- No confetti/glitter, fake blood, or other SFX liquids
- If the floor needs to be refinished $200 fee
- No smoking in the stairs or space - $100 fee.
- No leaning out the windows
- Please enquire before shooting outside of studio premises, that includes hallways, stairs, elevator, rooftop, and outside in alleyway.
* Please check weather before booking if you're looking to shoot with natural light.
We may require a $100 fully refundable security deposit for certain types of events
My space has a gorgeous view overlooking the RFK bridge and the city. the nightlights are gorgeous and fireworks from my place is amazing.
