IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
Yes. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out.

DO I NEED A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE?
COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events. For individuals, we can offer trusted, affordable COI suppliers.

When you decide to work with us, the first thing we do is assign a dedicated concierge specialized in your booking rental type (events, meetings, productions, and showrooms) who will shoulder all the heavy lifting of translating your vision into reality. You dictate the vision, we bring you all the options and then put plans in place. Our inclusive concierge service will help with all the questions and anything that comes up.

******* COVID-19 RESPONSE: We have created a no-contact set that will be pre-set and sanitized. for your single camera interview. All lights, tripod movement, camera operation and audio are controlled from the second floor of our building, allowing the subject to be isolated on the first floor. This means the subject can participate in a shoot without being in contact with another individual.
Producers can be anywhere in the world and still talk face-to-face with their subject, utilizing either a direct-to-camera style or an off-camera style. All the producer needs is a laptop or computer with a webcam and a link we will provide. This allows for an intimate interview setting without ever occupying the same space, ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved. The subject will see the Producer throughout their entire interview, and vice versa.
We have a TEMPERATURE SCREENING & TECHNOLOGY/HAND SANITIZING STATION set up at the front door of our studio. We also have disposable masks and gloves, disinfectant spray and wipes, and hand sanitizer readily available for our guests. There are infection control reminders posted throughout the space and the set and equipment will be sterilized before your arrival.

The space is primarily used as a storefront for a clothing brand but can also be converted into an event space. The space comes with two wall shelves drilled into the wall, so they cannot be moved. A bar counter top. And there is a single person restroom with art/graffiti on the walls that cannot be removed.
Consider this a trendy raw space for your next event, pop-up shop, or gathering.
**This space is more suitable for intimate events such as dinners, baby showers, sip and paints, cocktail parties, etc. the space is also great for photo/video shoots, pop up shops, elopements, pop up weddings, an exhibition space, fashion showrooms, brand events, and all artistic events. Our venue is a 1200 sq. ft. loft space in the heart of Astoria NY. The space is located in a well known Astoria building and is equipped with a buzzer system that grants entry to guests. The space is full of natural light which enters through our huge beautiful windows. The space also offers a blank canvas with all white features such as white textured brick walls, white marble like flooring, 16 ft ceilings, and an open floor plan.
We offers a ton of amenities which include clear chiavari chairs for 50 guests, 6 foot tables, 5 cocktail tables, 3 booth seats on the loft, premium sound system, portable bar, led lighting and recessed lights throughout. The space also offers a private bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms outside of the space. To access the space, there is a buzzer system and an elevator that goes to the street level and is wheel chair accessible.
My space is in a brand new building with private entrance, private lobby and elevator! The building is located just 15 min away from Manhattan, right by the subway station!

Welcome to our studio. This building was made in 1938. There is a lot of the old design along with new to enhance the personality of the space. The studio was created by an artist knowing the comfort needed to host a proper event. We hope you enjoy the magic in the space to reflect your beautiful moment you are celebrating.
