The room is 500 sq ft with a same size reception area available upon request for a small additional fee. it is perfect for meetings, workshops, powwows, photo/video shoots, celebrations, etc. This place is spacious and invigorating. Full of energy and light it is within walking distance from myriad of old and new restaurants, bars, hotels and stores. You are always welcome to stop by to see it before booking. The room has 5 large windows facing Union Square and the Financial District, with views of Coit Tower, Salesforce Bldg and Transamerica Pyramid. Parking inside the building or around it. We recommend ParkHero or the Sutter Stockton garage. Walking distance to BART and MUNI. If you use bicycles we have room to keep them for you. In addition to the 12 person conference area there is a sitting area for 8 people. We have WiFi, a 75 inch flat screen TV, a humongous chalk board, 2 large Whiteboards, Flipcharts, a Nespresso Coffee Machine for complimentary coffee, teapot and a large assortment of teas, complimentary drinks in a fridge, Apple TV, turntable with a tidy collection of really cool LPs. We have disposable plates, cups and utensils in case you order food. Wine glasses or whatever else you need available upon request. Just let us know or ask in advance. Our conference tables can be easily folded and taken away if needed. An adjacent break out room is available upon request. A restroom is a few feet away from the conference room. Additional storage area is available. The large 700 sq feet reception area (see pics - the room with the accordeon) is available for an after meeting reception/cocktails or for the entire meeting or event (upon requests and at an additional hourly rate) A host will personally greet attendees to make sure all of their needs are met. Please don't hesitate to ask for additional things needed for your event. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to start earlier or finish later we will try to accommodate your schedule. Rules: 1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect. 2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time. 3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through. 4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents. 5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom. 6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement. 7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos. 8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal. 9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. We are located two blocks from the San Francisco Design Center, Zynga, Uber, Adobe, and one block from Starbucks, Wholefoods, and many restaurants. VILLA INTERIOR: The first floor consists of a grand entrance foyer with an adjacent powder room, a dining room large enough to accommodate 20 guests, and Salon. A full kitchen, with direct access to the outside and an additional half bath, is also located on this floor. The second level is accessed via the grand staircase. It consists of a Library with a connected full bath, a grand ballroom large enough to seat 100 guests for a seated dinner, and a private suite with an adjacent full bath. INTERIOR SPACE: 3500 SQ FT VILLA EXTERIOR: The gardens of Villa Fontaine consist of a cobblestone courtyard filled with seasonal blooming plants, an intimate multi-tiered garden with a babbling fountain, seating, and two firepits. Also, a dining space large enough to seat 80 guests. There are multiple mature trees consisting of 150-year-old willow, walnut, and maple trees. Our space is a contemporary art gallery which was completely newly renovated as of March 2018. We rotate our contemporary visual art programming monthly within our three separate, but interconnected showrooms which are each open and spacious with 15' ceilings throughout for flexibility with event setups including receptions, offsites, and meetings. The feel of the space is inviting, fresh, and crisp with even lighting throughout which can be customized for creating warmer and cooler moods which can be distinct in each of the three spaces as we can adjust the lighting color temperature from warm white to daylight.
