My space is a modern house, an ultimate designer retreat with modern architectural features, creative indoor and outdoor spaces, open floor plans & lots of natural light

Our space is located in a 7,800 sq. ft space. Our space consist of 4,000 sq. ft of office space with multiple offices, editing suites, common/waiting area and themed rooms. Our studio includes a 32′ x 30′ cyclorama wall with a power grid of 16 x 30 amp edison outlets and a 3 phase 100 amp breaker with cam lock. 24'x16' green screen with lighting grid, make-up/dressing area and kitchenette. Additionally, we provide a fully loaded 3 ton grip truck and a 1 ton sprinter van with numerous lighting packages available varying from Kino-Flo, Mole-Richardson, ETC and Arri lighting. With a convenient garage door connected to the studio, you can easily drive set pieces, grip trucks, or anything you’d like right into the studio. The space is perfect for video shoots, photo shoots, events, classes, and workshops. Please contact us for further information. Contact us for a list of gear for rent on and off site. We can provide all staff/catering needs upon request. We are located minutes away from major freeways (880/680) and 5-10 minute drive from BART. Any food/store you may need is also only a 5-10 minute drive.

Our space is a Chic Modern Space with exposed wooden beams and a high ceiling. We can rearrange our table and chair set up as required by the said client and our open space including the kitchen area is 2300 sq ft. We're all about helping you have a successful event.

Our home is located on a quiet, tree lined street in Willow Glen. Our ranch style home has lots of natural light with a full outdoor kitchen and outdoor sitting area. The open kitchen and living room/dining allow for lots of interaction.

The beautiful property, located in the middle of Silicon Valley, is roughly 3400sq/ft main house plus a 500sq/ft ADU. The house has recently been remodeled in the style of California Craftsman with wooden casement windows. The Craftsman home has Brazilian Red Cherry floors. The guest ADU unit is in the back of the property and used to be an external garage. Yes, there is a long driveway to the ADU. The backyard is enclosed by double gates, a fence, and the main house. The front yard and the backyard are exquisitely manicured. To top it all off there is a white picket fence in front of the house which has a wooden gate that invites you in! p.s. Your privacy is important to us. All rooms have shades. We also have a shoji screen in case you need to be private about your project.

We have disposable plates, cups and utensils in case you order food. Wine glasses or whatever else you need available upon request. Just let us know or ask in advance. Our conference tables can be easily folded and taken away if needed. An adjacent break out room is available upon request. A restroom is a few feet away from the conference room. Additional storage area is available. A host will personally greet attendees to make sure all of their needs are met. Please don't hesitate to ask for additional things needed for your event. Complete privacy, excluding main house (not a part of this rental). This is rental for GUESTHOUSE/DECK. Total about 3000sf of decks. 600sf kitchen , covered bar area - about 700sf. This facility primary use is for event/parties, like birthday. wedding, project presentation and etc. We have about 34 of modern Ikea stackable outdoor chairs if needed (these much better than standard ones ). There is some remodeling going on next to decks - pathway improvement. All reservation exceeding number of people posted in listing - 10 (!) is subject to confirmation with host prior to rent. Please communicate via messages about TOTAL number of people , type of event and etc. Rate posted is for 10 people. Each additional person , including any support support staff, is $50 per person. So will pay base rate PLUS $50 per each additional person over 10 people. So for example if base rate for event is $1000 and you want to have 40 people, you will pay $1500 MORE, for total of $2600. Plus you will need to get basic cleaning done yourself or by your crew - meaning to collect all garbage, put it in bags and REMOVE from property. We do not have commercial garbage dumpster. No use of Sauna/BBQ system is included with this reservation (can be arranged with special deposit and extra large fee for use/cleanup). Not designed for overnight sleeping - no beds. We can provide one inflatable bed if needed.

Welcome to our house. We happily rent it out for film production and photo shoots. Our house is a traditional home with a varied style. There’s both a mix of antiques and new furniture. You’ll find interior barn doors and an old red wall dial phone. Overall, the feeling is both warm and inviting, comfortable, and updated. Our front parlor gives the impression of stepping back in time. The gourmet kitchen is colorful, bright and whimsical. Upstairs we have three bedrooms. We’ve lived in our house for 25 years and my husband’s love of gardening shows. In 2020 we updated our backyard with a patio area that has a fire pit table, chairs, a sun umbrella and a garden shed. In July 2023 we remodeled our whole garage from top to bottom. We're minutes away from freeways, restaurants and shopping. There's street parking and a dead end cul de sac just 200 feet away. A focal point is the 48” professional burgundy stove/ovens with a whimsical flower backsplash. There are white cabinets and hardwood flooring. The windows and french doors open up to the lush backyard. The kitchen and dining areas are 375 SQ FT. General Rules No adult filming No smoking Heavy furniture can only be moved with prior owner approval. Please use coasters on all wooden furniture and on the fire pit table. All events must be over and cleaned up by 10 p.m. due to neighborhood noise curfews. Pets on the premises with prior owner approval. No standing or sitting on the walnut island. Our cats will be shut in one of the bedrooms and the door must remain closed. Production insurance is required. Guests must show proof of insurance. If you don't already have insurance you can get it through this site- https://www.theeventhelper.com Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. You are welcome to move things around in order to get the shot with the look that you're after. Please take pictures first so that you can put things back as you found them. If it's really large furniture or fragile then please check in with me first. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
